The beds were very comfortable - now we may have to get a new bed to match the one we slept on. The house was very roomy and nice. Had everything we needed and then some.

The house is great, perfect location for access to all the golf course. Slept 8 of us easily. We will be back next year for sure!

Property was very unkept and roach invested. The lawn had not been mowed in weeks with weeds over two feet tall. Roaches were all over the kitchen, in the dining room, and in the bedroom. The trash cans were packed full and smelled and it was apparent that they had not been dumped in weeks. I contacted the property manager and told her about the situation and was told that she would contact the maintenance company and let them know. No apology and in fact told me they hope I would come back to Bella Vista even if I rented from someone else. Very poor customer service from my perspective.

Like the location. It's in the center of our golf trip to golf courses. The house was clean. We had a bedroom for each guy. That was the great. Will try to get it on the fall trip back.

People don't want to drop a thousand dollars to stay in a roach infested house. Very appalled.

I allowed my wedding party to stay here and they had a ton of room and great location.

We stayed for a golf weekend and this house with all the beds and bedrooms was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was neat and clean. We will definitely stay there next time.

The place was nice, clean, and spacious. When we arrived, the temperature inside was 92 degrees. Left window in dining room will not work. Both outlets in master bathroom not working. Window shade in master bathroom not working properly.

Nice house with lots of room for several family members. Owner was very receptive to a few requests we had. Quiet neighborhood and good for walking without too much traffic.

This house was very clean and the rooms are all really big. We had 2 complete families plus another set of just parents, 12 people total, and there was plenty of room for us.
The only suggestions would be, maybe beanbags or some other seating for the basement family room. With such a big group we didn’t all fit on the sofa, so some more seating options would’ve been nice. Also the outlets in the master bedroom vanity area didn’t work. I saw multiple people had mentioned it in the guest book, so it’s been that way for awhile. That was rather inconvenient, but other than that, everything else was in great condition.

The front yard was over grown, full of weeds, and had a dead tree with a broken branch. It looked so different from the VRBO photo that I was worried I booked a scam. Fortunately as soon as I stepped inside everything else was exactly as advertised. We had a great stay and I would book this house again in the future.

The front yard was not mowed, full of weeds, and had a broken tree - so I was initially scared that the whole VRBO was a scam. But when I stepped through the front door the air was fresh and the inside of the house was exactly as advertised. We especially liked the bike racks in the garage and the new appliances.
