Das Hotel bietet einen sehr zuvorkommenden Service und ist auch im kalten Winter in Brüssel sehr angenehm warm geheizt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer sauber
Die Fenster haben ihre beste Zeit schon hinter sich, deswegen isolieren sie nicht mehr so gut und lassen sich auch etwas überraschend öffnen

The staff at reception were really unfriendly, abrupt, particularly on check-in. The room was much smaller than anticipated with a very high bath to step into for the shower. Overpriced for the standard of hotel.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Bed was comfortable.
Had an average location with a supermarket conveniently located on the way from the tram. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no kettle or complimentary tea and coffee, only a bottle of water and two Biscoff biscuits. Receptionists weren't very friendly. It was an okay stay overall, but I feel it didn't offer good value for the money.

Air-condition not cold enough. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bar closed on Sunday when we arrived could not get coffee.

Location was fantastic and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room service was absolutely delicious and the staff as a whole were lovely. Would highly recommend staying here if you visit Brussels.

Beautiful balcony overlooking the city, the rooms were quiet and the staff were very friendly
The bathroom had black mould around the sealant and was overall not very clean. The lights outside had broken and the included breakfast had awful coffee
