Beyond the bad faith of the administration, the employees were always kind.

Basically, they wanted to charge us an extra day without any valid argument. After the first two nights, we asked if there was availability to stay 2-3 more nights and they told us yes. At no time did they ask us to confirm the number of days (we didn't agree or sign anything for the same), they simply told us it was no problem. Finally, one day in advance (despite the fact that the website states that you can cancel for free at any time) we confirmed that we would stay two nights and that we would leave the next day. The next morning they told us that we had to pay for 3 nights even if we left earlier, otherwise we wouldn't be able to check out. After a long discussion and warning them that if they insisted we would go to the police, they let us check out. It was really unpleasant and we would never return to this place. Add that the morning before we left we had no hot water and we had to shower with cold water.

The property is very quiet. You hear morning birds chirping. Magpie Kingfisher and sparrow are a common sight for the eyes willing to look beyond screens. Beach is very close and safety of your belongings is never a concern as the place is always under CCTV. Sushant,the caretaker and his staff are super cooperative. I met some amazing people and made friends with the dog Ishtoney who is always up for a munch. Its a very safe place for women travelling solo. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and it is now pointer to Goa in my head.

Reception can be improved in terms of aesthetics but I have been told they are working on it already. Nothing else to point at and say it is not likeable.

The location was perfect! Everyone was friendly and lovely, staff and other visitors. The cafe was really cool and great quality with a cheap price, the communal area was also lovely.

The room was very simple, as seen in the photos, but it’s a hostel so it’s beyond expectations!

Хорошая локация, рядом пляж, магазины, на территории кафе. Оборудовано место для занятий йогой, уличный душ, есть кухня и холодильник!!))

It’s beautiful property with greenery and peace. The staff was helpful and invited me to a really cool party. I made friends and a great time here. The beach is nearby and not too crowded. It’s a perfect place for a stay in North Goa!
