Property Manager presents, 'All Decked Out', a home that exemplifies what it means to vacation in a luxurious WaterColor residence! This home was completely renovated in 2019 with no detail overlooked and creates the foundation for a family vacation you will not forget.

This highway 30A, gulf front view property is a stunning three story, 5 bedroom home located in the Gulf District of WaterColor. This professionally decorated home offers elegance and comfort at the beach! The first floor gives way to a large living area equipped with a shuffle board and game table that is perfect for family game night. A previous screened in porch was converted into a spacious laundry and sand room that offers convenience and efficiency with the double stacked washer and dryer and an ice maker. The first bedroom on this floor is a king suite with a private bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. The next bedroom offers two twin singles with a private bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The last bedroom has two twin over twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a half bathroom on this floor for convenience.

On the second floor, you will find a spacious, gourmet kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, a second living room, and one of the two master bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with a wine cooler, refrigerator and freezer, and range stovetop and oven. There is bar stool seating around the center island for 4 guests and the dining room table can accommodate 8 guests. The living room provides a comfortable setting for relaxing together with plenty of stylish seating. There are balconies to the front and to the back of this house; the front balcony offers a porch swing that is perfect for afternoon naps and the back balcony boasts beautiful gulf views, has a grill, and outdoor dining table for 6 guests. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

For the third floor, the second master suite has exceptional gulf views and connects to an oversized master bathroom that has a freestanding tub and large shower with dual shower systems that are complete with body sprays. There is also a washer and dryer in the master bathroom closet. The third floor also features a private media room with a 70'' TV. The balconies on the second and third floors are ideal for an early morning coffee while taking in the sounds and views of the Gulf of Mexico.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company, and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 5 beach cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.

- CLEANING: Reservations made for 5 nights require a mid-stay clean. This will be added onto your total when checking out.
