Nothing was clean, not hygienic .it was filthy. Hotel, not even 1 star. Thank god i booked it for just one day

Nothing is good.

The room has no windows.In fact the hotel is window less.It was very expensive. And it's so difficult to locate. There is no proper road to reach there.i mean the width of the road is not even 10 feet.Its so far from the center. And room smell like.it has not been open from a good long time.

There was nothing to like. From the very beginning after reaching the location my disappointment started one by one. 👎 Location is very very bad. Far away from the main city centre. Entry is through a narrow Gally of residential areas. Cars can reach the property from the back side, through a vacant plot. There is no question of view from the room. 👎👎 Room is without any furniture. Forget the wardrobe, there is not even a hook to hang clothes. After the reminder also they couldn't supply two hangers for me. 👎👎👎 As per my experience, rent of any room in this hotel doesn't justify even ₹500 per day whereas I had to pay ₹1700. It was a total waste of money. 👎👎👎👎 They couldn't serve me any food except 4 cups of tea. Before going to watch Ganga Arti at Triveni ghat I asked the manager whether he could serve dinner . If he can't then we will have our dinner outside but he told me very confidently that he would serve dinner. So after Arti we came back to the hotel without having dinner outside. But when I asked for dinner surprisingly that fellow shamelessly told me , sorry we cannot arrange food for you. You get it through an online app. ☹️ TV stopped working when actually we need it. The concerned staff simply left it and casualty said he would see it only in the morning. Hot water is available only in the morning. Only WiFi was available.

I disliked everything about the hotel including location, service, staff attitude etc.

Not a family hotel. Rooms do not match the pictures. It's not worth the price i paid .dirty rooms . Dirty lenin .it was all stinking.

The Adress was not the same as it showed on booking, we were in contact with the owner who gave us the right adress. I think the adress is now the right one on booking. The location is not so good, not a lot of options for food etc around. The bed sheets were not clean. The shower had no hot water. The price is very high compared for what you get.

Cleanliness 🫧, services, food at near by street, 200 meters from Ganga river. You can sit near Ganga ji at night to spend some quite time.

Near by location was just okay. Just like some normal town area.

Well maintained rooms and service was osm. The view from hotel was amazing.i will definitely go again at this property.if you are looking for low budget, good service and beautiful view than you should definitely visit here.love the experience.
