this is the first time and mostlikely my last time staying at a venue like this. I am use to having someone ON SITE as it was hard comunicating with the management team. Their links for parking and such, I couldn't open and when I told them it was too late my vehicle was towed. I had to tell the to attach the pictures to an email for the parking after 3 attemps to use the links. There were things that needed to be fixed and the management simpply disregarded my email to them as to what I expected of them prior to maintence coming in. Parking was quite a walk from the building. It wasn't what I expected. You get what you pay for as I am a poor learner. only positive thing good was it was clean. Issues such as the GFI tripping when the coffee maker was pluged in and rust coming out of the wter faucet and staining their wash cloth were issues that should have been discovered b their team not a paying guest.
