Stayed here for 2 days to watch the Olympic rugby sevens. Ideal place for a short stay where you just need somewhere to rest. Staff were amazing, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great transport links as well, with metro access about 10 meters from the front door and Stade de France around a 30 minute walk away (didn’t use the bus but thats also just outside). In a relatively quiet area, a couple of restaurants/bars near by and a small supermarket.

Stuff very friendly and lovely but beware of the manager, she’s very rude, megalomaniac, agressive, unprofessional, her place is not in this respectful hotel, her ego should be for the comfort of the client not for herself. I’m not visiting her in her house. When after a long argument concerning the room cleaning I told her that i am a loyal customer and I come 5 times per year , I stay every time 6 days at least, she answered we don’t have loyal clients, all clients are same and should be treated same way. She refused to clean my room for free saying that I should stay at least 6 days to get one cleaning. Unbelievable. Than when I checked out at 11 while I should check out at 10, she asks for 15 euros additional charges. She treats her employees like an officer on the army saying to one of them when she knew that he gave me his number, that’s it’s forbidden to give customers your personal phone number. I have a lot and a lot to say about the way she treats people but I will leave these things to her superior cause I won’t rest till she finds her real place, I don’t know where but not with respectful people.

We booked for two nights and decided to use the underground parking. Since the car was with a trailer, they made us pay for two parking spots, which was okay. However, the barrier went down at the entrance too soon and crashed into the car's rear window. There were CCTV cameras, so everything was evident. We immediately informed the hotel manager and Societe Icade guards on duty. The proper form was filled out. It has been over six months since then, and although we called several times, we haven't yet received any information regarding the damage compensation. We were left alone with the matter, which I found to be neglectful.

Loved this location for proximity to the Stade De France. Exceptional public transport options to Paris Central, and, transit points (airport and train). Great boulangerie across the square. Bistros and brasseries close by (though I never visited any of them, given proximity to Paris. proper). Safe. Mostly quiet. Not a luxury stay, yet: served the puprose (given price). Room cleaning every 4 days I dont generally require ir, as: budget hotel and appropriate expectations. Great stay for the purpose (attending RWC Final 2023).

Their checkout time is 10am, which we were not aware unless the guy from reception knocked my door at 10am to remind me of checkout. They charge 15 euros extra for usual 1pm checkout. They charge 5 euros extra to keep your luggage. Nothing much for breakfast and it was basic. Hotel is new, clean and staff were good.

We absolutely loved this place! If you’re ok staying outside center city just go there. Clean and good room (pillow), right in front of a metro station. Good restaurants nearby that serves food until 11pm (always a plus in Europe this late) and this awesome bakery right next as well. We didn’t pay for the hotel breakfast eventhought the price was very good (8.90 euros each) just because we would grab sandwiches and sweets everyday in that bakery for almost same price. You have to ask for a Hairdryer in person since there’s no phone, but that’s ok for me. Room service every 4 days which is ok for me too! Nice people in the reception!

We paid in advance four our breakfast, when we arrived still within the breakfast time there was nothing left. And reception said that our money will be refunded 4 days later. Not even a complimentary coffee for the inconvenience.

We went earlier than check in time so we wanted to leave the luggage’s so we can go and eat something. They charge 5 euro to leave your luggage. It’s not the money but I am a regular traveler never heard of this before . Breakfast is very poor . Toilets has a sewer smell

It was awesome

Location was near station, the station was a little far from city center. The towels and sheets were stained, not very clean. We asked for new towels, they were stained too, we asked for sheets change, was not provided. No daily cleaning available. Staff is good, the cold water fountain in the lobby was helpful.

Customer service was nice. The rooms are terrible. You barely have any space to even move one foot. The room didn’t have a phone so when housekeeping didn’t clean my room for two days I had to walk all the way down from the 8th floor to ask front desk for towels.
