Was ingang voorbij gereden, had het niet gelijk gezien als hotel , dat was het enige

Das wunderschöne alte Haus ist neu renoviert. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und immer top bedient. Wir hatten die obere Terrassenwohnung, die gross und komfortabel war. Die Terrasse ist beeindruckend. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein kleines Heimkino, alles ist perfekt eingerichtet.
Parkplatz ist gesichert und direkt vor dem Haus, der Garten ist sauber und gut gepflegt. Es gibt Tische draussen, wo man frühstücken und abends etwas Kleines essen kann.
In 2 Minuten erreicht man einen schönen Park (Hunde nicht erlaubt), in 20 Minuten zu Fuss die Innenstadt. Dort gibt es aber auch viele Parkhäuser.
Jederzeit wieder!
Alles perfekt, es gibt nichts auszusetzen.
Das nächste Mal bleiben wir länger.

Clean, locked parking lot with Ev charging.
No elevator we had 2 flights of stairs. Neighborhood is rough. No restaurants. Had to have Uber eats deliver dinner.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast delicious and room vas very quite, clean and comfortable with stocked with food and drinks☺️.

Limpieza, nuevo, el personal una maravilla. La recepcionista encantadora. Te asesoran muy bien .
-No hay ascensor.. y nuestra habitación estaba en el último piso con escaleras de caracol y teniendo que subir con un bebé en brazos.. no es lo mas cómodo. El personal te ayuda en todo momento, eso si.
-el paseo hasta el centro de la ciudad..

J’ai aimé l’appartement, propre, fonctionnel.
L’accueil était excellent, la personne de la réception était attentionnée.
J’ai été déçue par l’environnement, sale, beaucoup de déchets, d’objets qui traînaient.
L’insonorisation de l’appartement, on entendait les gens parler dans l’entrée (l’accueil)

Nous avons adorés! L’établissement a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. L’appartement est top.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis.
Tout à été fait pour que nous nous sentions bien avec notre bébé et nos deux petits chiens.
Si nous repassons par Perpignan nous nous arrêterons à nouveau sans hésitation pour une pause.

Beautiful property, big terraces and so well equipped. Can cook yourself. Stay here. You won’t regret it.
Nothing was perfect. Just need clean sheets for sofa bed which they delivered immediately. Amazing staff.

The building is beautiful ! The yard was Good too. The spa in the bedroom was amazing ! And the terrasse for the breakfast was exceptional !

The owners did a marvelous job in renovating the beautiful historical building. Everything has recently been setup as appartments, so the interior is brand new. We stayed 10 nights so it was great to have such a completely decorated appartment
The chairs on the terrace are not very comfortable if you sit on them for a longer period.

Wonderful breakfast that was served at our private terrace. The breakfast was rich and the croissants and scrambled eggs was delicious. Marina was a lovely host and kept a very high standard. The car parking was gated which felt very safe. The apartment was well equipped and the spa in our room was very nice after a long day of travelling. We highly recommend it! 😊

15/10! Like at home. A very private place with parking and well-equipped apartments. Kitchen has everything you could wonder: all dishes, pans, blender, different types of glasses, dish-washing machine, coffee-machine, and so on.
Hosts helped us a lot during accomodation. Thank you girls!

It is some kind of gated "community/housing", doesn't give you the best feeling about the surrounding.
Breakfast is nothing special.
We felt that receptionist was professionally polite, but was nowhere close to heartly. That is always a little bit sad at such small accomodation.

Very homely apartment, excellent quality, workmanship, great spacious balcony too. Lovely setting The staff were exceptional made us feel so welcome and very helpful.

Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Apartment very clean, tidy and well equipped. Orders us a taxi, and got clean towels, lovely people. Buses were regular, clean with air-con, every ten minutes into center of town, and only £2.30 each for an all day ticket, and you can travel anywhere on the bus routes. Short drive from airport taxi £30 each way.
Top floor had a very steep spiral staircase, not great if you have limited mobility. We had paid extra for a balcony, with no view, but thought it might be nice to sit outside and have a glass of wine on an evening. We both got bitten badly over 50 times on our legs and feet, despite spraying insect repellent. So would not recommend a balcony, as we stayed in every other night after the first night. No restaurants in walking distance, only by bus or taxi.

We booked this as we had tickets for the rugby , ideal location for the ground , only 20 minutes walk into the centre . Beautiful property , had the queen suite with a lovely balcony , very peaceful.
Hosts were exceptionally helpful right from sorting my taxi to and from the airport and providing all information about the local area . Rooms were spotless , clean and very modern. Thank you for a wonderful stay .

Start with exceptional communication from Yuliana when we booked, even earlier check in was allowed. The pictures matching reality and feeling were even better. Amazing black, brown and white colour designs give you the feeling of care. One of the best value for money where we stayed. Last impression we had a brief chat with Melissa. 11 out of 10

Exceptionally comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful host where nothing was too much trouble to make sure we were comfortable. Secure parking. The rooms are beautifully done with everything you need and excellent attention to detail. Everything very high quality right down to the kitchen knives. We were travelling with our dog and he was made very welcome too. Rooms are like small apartments (we had a large terrace) with good cooking facilities and a large fridge. We just used it as a stopover on our way home but you could easily stay for much longer if you wanted to explore the region / Perpignan more
