very comfortable hotel the bed was two singles put together which is never comfortable and was the only problem we had, although a comfortable bed is very important. the staff, location etc were all good. great to be able to use the pool late in teh night.
the two single beds pushed together were uncomfortable and quite unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

The property was fine but was disappointed when paying good money and the bar was closed every night and the steam room was closed the whole time, also the breakfast very expensive for little breakfast

Staff were first class - could not be better. The receptionist called Ocean was very helpful in every way including reserving a table in a great restaurant in the old town. Room with beach view was extraordinary and really made the stay in St. Malo memorable. We will return to St. Malo and for sure, to this hotel.

nothing very overrated for the cost
room was much smaller than I expected but it was very clean. The reception did not answer the phone, I had to go from our room to see them, they were not busy. No excuse.
bar was closed couldn’t get a drink when we returned from dinner at 8:30 pm.
I was expecting something special for the cost of the room but not worth half of what they charged.

bar was shut, no parking despite saying they did (apparently you have to call the morning of arrival to book yet I heard them tell someone on the phone at 9am the next day that no spaces available), gentlemen at reception was quite condescending and smug and to top it off at about 3am a loud humming noise started (sounded like a metal of sound on and off) so did not sleep well - I raised with staff and got told it’s the wind despite windows being closed

Great location just outside the main entrance to the old town and opposite the lovely beach .
