Great stay. Park your car and walk to everything. Fun little bar downstairs on the marina. We were here for a short stay but with a frig and laundry it would be a great for a week. Roof deck is a treat for a relaxing beverage and a spectacular view of Hope Bridge and the Fort.

Stayed at this resort many times. Always enjoyable. Great location for walking all over Newport. Bed very comfy, condo completely clean and well stocked. Nice to have extra space with living area that is separate from bedroom. Roof top sitting for sunning, sunset or night lights a real treat. Accommodating, helpful staff. We will be back.

Room was in a great location… close to great restaurants , things to go do, shopping.

Overall good but could be loud as there’s a bar downstairs so double check if you’re noise sensitive! Otherwise very happy customer

Perfect location - friendly staff. Clean, great roof deck for guests. Pull up, park your car and leave it there, you won’t need it. Walk to everything. Would absolutely return!

The location is outstanding . Everything is a walk away . We didn’t use our car once . The staff are very professional and friendly . I like that there is coffee and iced water available in the lobby . The room had everything . The kitchen is fully supplied. We did need to call maintenance to open the pull out sofa . It was stuck . They were up in minutes to help .

Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve had, beautiful direct water view, perfect kitchenette, comfortable bed. The only true downside: SO noisy! We booked two rooms, one for us, one for my parents. We got the short straw and ended up on the second floor which is apparently directly above the bar that’s ground level. For a Friday night stay, the only way we got through til about 2-3am or so was using Spotify white noise playlist lol. Between the crowd, loud music, and then people returning to rooms/travel— it was SO loud. Nothing the property can necessarily do about this, but I think given we were randomly placed in rooms, the 2nd floor rooms should be substantially lower in price for the known inconvenience.

We had a great time in Newport! The location was wonderful and very spacious.

We enjoyed our visit to Newport-especially being so close to everything!!! Perfect location-absolutely the best! No one could change the weather-and for future planning I will remember how busy it is with Graduations/Weddings/Oyster Festival. But we enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this resort! The location and view from our 6th floor room were perfect! We enjoyed relaxing on the roof top deck. We loved walking up/down Thames St going to all of the shops and restaurants! We will definitely be returning again in the future! Thanks!!

Inn in the Harbor was a great location for us and the unit was perfect size. My only issue was the noise from the club directly below us. Other than that all was perfect🍀🍀🍀

We came down to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day and visit friends. This room, with kitchenette and sitting area has the most beautiful view of the harbor!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you Elizabeth! ☺️🍀

This property is in such a great location, with an amazing view of the water from your window. You are so close to everything, food, shops, stores anything you could ask for. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

With the Pub downstairs we were a bit worried about the noise but our room was right above it on the 3rd floor and we never heard anything. We will be staying again!
