This was a fair priced home, with access to the lake down the back yard. It was a nice place to stay and enjoy a weekend away with friends. The neighbors were great aswell.

We had a great stay as a family looking for some time together. The house was perfect for our family of 5 with older teen and younger adult kids. Direct access to the lake was great for us. Quiet neighborhood with gate access. Neighborhood boat ramp. Host was very responsive.

We had a great time. Used this vrbo to spend time with family after my father died. We spent time sharing stories, looking at photos, and reconnecting with some. Was a great space for my younger cousin and my older boys. Outdoor space was great also. Would definitely come back

Super clean and well stocked home. Didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities due to short stay. Great game room for kids. Short drive to town. Limited water access but almost no boat, jetski noise. Lots of birdlife.

The good…
The house was as pictured except that we expected more of a “staying on the lake” feel. Generally the house was clean but there were a few things I’ll mention in the next section. The pool table in the game room made the stay! If we were in the house, someone was using it. It was nice that there were some spices and a few extra things like that. Communication was quick and excellent!
The not as good….
The yard was not mowed and quite tall. We stayed in June but there were a considerable amount of leaves on the back patio. There was a half driken celcius in the fridge. The master shower had the sprayer hanging but we were able to reattach and use. The master closet was messing with many hangers all over the place and a bathing suit hanging to dry.

We found the amenities of this home quite comfortable. Pictures are accurate. The shower in the primary bathroom is a step down that is a little tricky for recent knee or hip replacements. Nice open kitchen and den area plus a roomy, well-stocked play/game room.
The most magnificent tree is in the back yard. So beautiful. Large covered patio. The grill is charcoal, not propane. The boat dock and slip was conveniently located just outside the back fence.
Hosts quickly and thoroughly responded to questions. We will try to stay there again if we go back to Granbury with our grandchildren.

My family needed a central location to gather for a birthday celebration. The home was everything it was advertised to be. The home was spotless, location was beautiful, check in process was as simple as it could be. Absolutely no complaints at all. Don't hesitate to stay here and shoot some pool, or bring you boat to the private dock. You will not be dissappointed.

We stayed five days in this beautiful home. There was a small wading pool, lake toys, fishing gear and the kitchen was pretty well outfitted with tools and the basics for cooking. The back patio was so nice to hang out on, and everything was clean and comfortable. The game room was a huge hit, as well! Going in and out of the gate for the community wasn't my favorite, but it's a small price to pay for the serene and safe community feel.

We were looking for a place we could bring our dog and was somewhat close to Joshua and Cleburne. While the home is a bit tucked away, the extra driving was worth it! Our desert dog had so much fun running around a grassy, fenced in yard and chasing the squirrels! We didn’t take advantage of all the lake amenities, we did enjoy the game room and all the space. Everything we needed was there. This was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very easy checkout unlike some hosts who have you do a lot of work for them (never quite figured that out as we pay a cleaning fee,etc.) I very much appreciated the minimal tasks we had to do. The hosts were extremely responsive to my emails. Very user friendly lock system, very thoughtful labeling of lights,etc. We came to visit our son and it was a great place! Thank you again for sharing your home. I hope you found we were respectful and left things in good order.

We decided to have a staycation for Thanksgiving. The location was ideal for everyone to be able to meet and have fun doing things we would not be able to do at home. The game room was a blast for the younger adults, fishing was fun, all and all it was a great place

This is a really nice and clean home with plenty of room to spread out inside and out! The property manager was very responsive and attentive while we were there. We will stay here again for any future Tarleton University visits, or just a nice weekend getaway to lake Granbury!

Lance was such a wonderful host and we definitely felt at home away from home! Our kids (and us adults) loved the game room and enjoyed all the outside amenities. The place was perfectly cleaned and had everything we could need while we were there. We can’t wait to stay here again when we are in the area!
