This is a great property, everything is as advertised. There was eleven of us and we had plenty of room.

Property and house just as described. Provided the perfect vacation weekend for our extented family. We thouroughly enjoyed all the amenities, the space and the pool/spa area. A beautiful oasis within a short drive to grocery stores. Lovely and responsive hosts. Everything was perfect.

We had the most incredible visit with our closest family and friends at the Chateau Vista. The owner's were incredibly flexible with our requests and communication was always excellent. What an inviting neighborhood, what an extraordinary house, what an amazing view! We are beyond grateful to Jimmy and Michael for sharing the Chateau Vista with us. We had the most magical time during our stay and our memories will last a lifetime.

We really enjoyed our stay! We had four families share the house for a long weekend. The kids loved the pool and the garage game room. The kitchen was great for cooking large meals. We would definitely come back.

Very nice property. Spacious ( bed) rooms. The downstairs bedroom in my opinion should not be labeled a master bedroom for various reasons: 1.the bathroom is not part of the bedroom 2. only 1 nightstand w/lamp on a side, 3.limited closet space, 4
like to see more easy chairs there.

We booked this property for a family gathering, and it was exactly what we were looking for!
The communication from the host was very clear, polite, and helpful. They were always available if we had questions, were very accommodating, and got back to us promptly. The check-in process was easy and straightforward!
The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house itself had a great view. The driveway had plenty of room to park multiple cars. The front and back lawns were really nice. The backyard was spacious including the pool, and looked really lovely.
The inside of the house was great, with a big kitchen and multiple places to sit, eat, and lounge. The rooms were very comfortable and had plenty of space for our family.
Overall, we enjoyed how beautiful, clean, and spacious the property was. Would definitely recommend it to others and would return to stay again!

We had five families share this house and it was absolutely perfect.
Starting out the communication was excellent and all information provided to make check in so smooth it felt like we were just at a home away from home. The neighborhood feels safe and the house is welcoming and open. Parking fit 5 mid size cars easily.
Our kids were in their swim suits before we had a chance to open our suit cases. The ease of preparing food and sharing family time was great. It had something for everyone and we will be back. We had infants to adults, and each enjoyed their time.
Our family has already asked to rent this again next summer and make this a regular family vacation. Thank you hosts for making this spot easy to enjoy! We will be back!

Very pleasant neighborhood, perfect accommodations for the family getaway.

The location and place were beautiful. We enjoyed the pool/spa area and outside patio immensely (and where we spent most of our time). The view was nice, the set up secluded, the spa and pool were wonderfully designed, and there was lots of seating/lounging chairs. The game room opens up to the patio area making the entire back a really nice place to hang out. The house/kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. Loved the kitchen setup and were thankful it was well-stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was really quite. Communication and response times were excellent, and hosts were accommodating to our needs. Overall, great place for larger groups/families and we would highly recommend it.
