The location was superb and the staff was very nice. The beautiful surrounding nature brought silence and peace to our stay and a sense of deep relaxation. also the local products (wine, oil and grappa) are exquisite and good value for money.

The bedrooms were nice and cozy but the bathroom was a little austere and the window was high above and we were unable to open it.

In the heart of the Tuscani country side, a beautiful and peaceful eco tourism farm. You can rest by the swimming pool and enjoy the sun and the breath taking scenery.

The shower head in our bathroom was not working properly, spreading the water unevenly and the air-conditioned unit was leaking.

The accommodation is in a beautiful location overlooking the valley and offers a quiet atmosphere of a family wine company that produces wine and olive oil. The owners live directly on the farm and take care of the guests. There is a beautiful garden, terrace, large swimming pool, walks around the area and there is a luxury restaurant on site. We were enchanted by the environment. Be sure to visit the site directly from this place and you will be surprised by the wine list. For coffee, only coffee and croissant, ham, cheese every day. If you are going for more than 3 days, be sure to buy extra breakfast.

Since we were accommodated in a winery, it was not much to feel, Tuscany we have torches about 25 hotels, 100% if it was a winery, there was wine in the room, too bad the owners did not do so. They could present and sell. If you order a bottle of white wine, Sauvignon Blacn will charge EUR 30 per bottle. go to their home red Chianti classico - it is from 6 EUR, 11 EUR and 19 EUR per bottle and is excellent. Also pay attention to the pricing of accommodation if you extend your stay on the spot.

It was cold in the room and the breakfast was basic, with very few choices. And for the restaurant you need a reservation.

Owner of the property made difference between quests (some can take drink to pool, some no, some can sit outside, some no etc.), all night flowing toilet, mold in the bath, breakfast only croissant, nothing salty, nothing to eat except dinner, it is necessary to travel for food during the day about 15 km. Beautiful only nature. Look for something better for this price

Roberto I believe his name is an elderly guy and the young female who both work there are super nicely people. This is the only thing I can say very positive about this place.

The elderly female manager. We booked a double room with terrace, sofa etc. First we were giving a room with no view and kitchen. Then we managed to persuade her this was not our booking. As you clearly see the picture we then were offered less compared to the booking description. Accordingly to female manager a double room means a double bed. This is news to me. We also had issues with the A/C not making the room cold enough. When I tried to change the settings it suddenly turned on and off. Asking the manager how to fix it the next morning and giving us fans she instead argued that I did something wrong with the A/C. If you could give an instruction to the A/C I wouldn’t have touched it and I would have asked for fans instead. Btw she never came with the fans and we kinda accepted the A/C standard as we were only staying for 2 nights. Reading previous reviews this is very common with the A/C. The kitchen had used kitchen sponge and cloth and no soup. The flat screen TVs was not working and calling this size a flat screen is an overstatement. Overall I felt the attitude from the elderly female manager not welcoming.

The location is ideal for touring by car in the Chianti wine region. The accommodation is down a driveway about half a mile from the road so the location is very quiet and peaceful. This is a very rural area but in close reach of Sienna and local villages.

The bathroom is dated and the shower head needed cleaning. This property may not suit all as the facilities are limited. The outdoor pool would benefit from more regular cleaning. The parking was 100m from our accommodation over rough tracks although these are lit at night. Booking.com states that a evening meal is available for available for £25 ph per night. The restaurant is a separate and independent business and the prices are high end. The breakfasts had to be pre ordered and there was limited choice although you could have as much as you wanted. This was not a self serve buffet style breakfast however the gentleman who served breakfast gave exceptional service. The air-con in the room struggled to keep pace with the temperature and the fridge was inefficient. There was no mini-bar. No tourist information was available in the rooms. The TV did not have any English speaking channels. We didn’t use the bar which was mostly empty or otherwise closed. We were not offered a wine tasting tour.
