Nice big hotel, parking for extra cost, but reasonably priced and a nice option. Breakfast had a nice selection

The room is a good size. the location is good enough if you have a car otherwise is fairly rural location.

No air conditioning, no kettle in the room was the only downside as the temperatures was high outside. Only 2 socket to the whole room.

the staff is very helpful the only hotel i will go to if i come to krokowa again. Cleaning service was excellent. I like hotel krakus.

The hotel is located pretty far from the center, but is fine. Place to sleep and move to the city by a taxi. A lot of parking space. Room is small, but it has everything necessary for rest - good and pretty new bed and linen, flat tv, good renovated bathroom. The breakfast was pretty substantial (scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, vegetables, pickles, variety of salads, bread, flakes, honey, jam, some cookies, juices and coffee). There were several bus tours in the hotel at that moment and breakfast area was overcrowded.

There is one elevator in a pretty large hotel. It can take 15-20 minutes to wait for it!
