Room was pleasant with lovely view: The personnel in the hotel at all levels were extremely pleasant.

Problem is that the hotel faces East so there is no sun on the balcony or swimming pool after early morning - huge disappointment. It was also extremely cold - we were there in mid April - weather was cold and so were the rooms.

The views from this hotel are incredible with spacious rooms looking over the bay of Sorrento, it was magical! The staff go above and beyond and the rooms really comfortable with turn down service. The restaurant is exceptionally good with a fabulous view, menu and bartender. Better than we could have expected!

The pool bar could be a bit updated but overall it was lovely. Upon arrival, we headed to the pool bar which was not a great first impression-we even contemplated changing hotels once we sat there. We communicated our doubts to the the front desk and they went above and beyond the remainder of our stay to reconfirm we had made the right choice by staying; Im so glad we did!

The property is excellent! It was the best location I have ever seen! In addition, the stuff is very kind and helpful.

the bathrooms were very diffrent than the pictures i saw online and they were very very old the most important things is the bathroom for me and i was disappointed

perfect in every way! close to everything, clean, breathtaking views. amazing cappuccino and breakfast lay out with mimosas. Truly incredible!

Price of the hotel seemed mostly based on the view rather than the facilities.

Fabulous setting overlooking the Marina Grande, with Vesuvius right outside our bedroom window (across the bay ). Staff were all very attentive and well trained.

Thé walk back to the hotel (uphill) was a bit of a chore for a pair of 60+ers, a couple of times per day, but the positives far outweighed this negative.

The staff was excellent and so friendly. We greatly enjoyed our trip and would recommend to others.

- The view. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning during my stay on the ground floor. - The bed. It’s comfy. I slept like a baby. - Breakfast with the view. There was a bottle of Prosecco. - Wifi. Good signal. No issues.

A few things that I would like to mention… - direct payment through their link ( I booked through booking.com and I have never been asked to pay directly via a link. All hotels charged me through booking.com. - I chose this hotel because I liked the photos on booking.com, I expected to have exactly the same room which I saw on booking.com. I expected to have a bath + shower and a bath but I have got a bath+shower only. I didn’t like the room because it was not what I expected. The room that I got (?301? or 302?) was smaller and it looked different. The bathroom was different and the balcony was tiny. I could see people next to the swimming pool and I had got a feeling there was no privacy. I asked to change the room ( I have never done it before). I have been told there’s only one room left (308). I was offered to pay extra for the suit but I didn’t feel like it. Another room was better although it was the same type of the bathroom but the balcony was huge. Overall the look of this room (308) was better. - Bedding. There were a few spots on the bedding when I moved in. I mentioned it and it was changed. No issues after it. - There were no complimentary bottles of water - There’s no toothbrush/ toothpaste. - The shower gel/shampoo/conditioner were provided once only. Don’t get me wrong but when you stay at 5* hotels which cost more than €700 per night you do expect that everything would be perfect. Details matter.
