Super nice location, friendly staff, very large bed, superb view on sea and city from the balcony. Taormina is a very nice (albeit a bit overcrowded) touristic town, close to the sea as well as to famous Mt Etna. Plenty of restaurants and shops. The city is expensive, though.

The street is noisy (music) until midnight. Very difficult to sleep before then. Which was not a big problem.

It was well located in the centre of Taormina, next to where all the shops, bars, and restaurants were. Also my room (407) was of a great size with a large balcony overlooking the square and the sea. The reception and hallway which was situated on the 4th floor was elegant and welcoming.

The room, although large lacked basic features and amenities like a mini fridge, a mini bar, or coffee tray, complimentary water, etc. It also lacked style, as the walls were plain (expected wall paintings at least). Finally, the breakfast was nothing to write home about. It lacked all the usual breakfast elements and food choices. After the first morning I had to go outside the hotel for breakfast

The view from my terrass was fantastic but I had neighbours on both sides and was only divided by a few metal rods. The location was fantastic! Use the exit on the first floor, go down about 30 steps and you are out in Corso Umberto. The main shopping street.

The shower was really small with a showercurtain that attacked you. It clung to your body. If you have a larger bodysize you won't fit.

Exceptional veiw from the roof top bar and barman was very helpful .

The view from the balcony was excellent. The option to have breakfast in the terrace was very good. Considering it is situated above the main street, there is a simple way to access it.

There is nothing I did not like. It would have been perfect if the room had a mini fridge (but being a 3 star hotel one does not expect one).

The location of the hotel was very near the city centre.

We had lots of negativ experiences with the hotel. The hotel was closed they stated it was not “season” yet but because it was a national holiday during our stay we hardly believe that. Our hotel apartment was more like a gate-house. They didn’t clean the terrace, which was dirty from the rain. They didn’t clean our room and didn’t change our towels which is necessary when one books a hotel room (which we did) and we recieved a so-called appartment with only four towels for a whole week which is just absurd. We did not recieve breakfast and they said that the price didn’t include the breakfast, but on the website it stated otherwise. As a compensation for breakfast they offered to remit the price of the tourist tax which should have been reduced anyways because of the nature of the accomodation and maybe the price of the parking. Later they wanted us to pay for the parking not to mention they wanted us to pay an even bigger sum than the one they said on the day of the arrival and only let it go when we demanded that it said free parking on the website. They gave us a phone number to call in case of something is needed but they refuse to answer neither the call nor the message sent.
