We enjoyed our stay at this property. My only complaint was that I asked twice for early check in as we were meeting from different directions. My response was never answered. I can say the location was pretty great. It was less than 15 minutes to most things and Lyft/Uber access was an easy 5 minute wait.

The house itself was a little smaller than it seemed with pics but angles can do that! Host was very accommodating to grab a grill for us as I asked if one was there & he said no but he would provide it! Outside of house didnt seem maintained as much as inside & theres not many kitchen accommodations as I have experienced before & the neighborhood seems lower income & gets a little sketchy at night but pretty close to anything you would want to go do 15-20 min from it all. It worked for what we needed!.

We were in town for a short stay for state track. The home was very clean and comfortable inside. Jeremiah was quick to respond to any questions and was sure to be available if needed. The backyard did not appear to have been prepared for outdoor lounging, so we did not go outside while we were there, but the inside was quite comfortable. The neighborhood was older and somewhat rundown in some areas, but close to what we were there to do. I would recommend staying here if in town for a short trip.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Had a great time. Nice backyard. Everything was very clean. The host was easy to get in contact with. I even left my son‘s tablet there and they returned it to me promptly and were in contact with me until I got it back, the place was clean and very spacious had enough room for me and my three children and my family friend came in from out of town .

The host was great about communication leading up to our stay, welcoming us to the property, and making sure things were smooth with the check in.
The home is in a great location, close to the zoo amd other downtown attractions while still being in a quiet and safe neighborhood.
There was plenty of space for our family of 4 and the kids enjoyed their own living room downstairs.
We would stay here again the next Wichita area trip!

We travel for work and this location worked out perfectly for our stay. Communication was great with Jeremiah. There were some minor damages that resulted from the previous renter that Jeremiah and his team made us aware of prior to our arrival. They were quick to remedy the situation. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. This house was in the perfect location for what we needed. We were attending a friends wedding and it was fabulous. Beds were super comfy. Smart TVs made it easy to cast our shows and music. House inside is modern and up to date! The kitchen could use a few extra things like wine opener, wine glasses but we made do without! The host made it super easy to check in and out! Fabulous time spent with friends!

Small but spacious and updated. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable and enough room for everyone to stretch out and relax. The AC worked great which was appreciated because it was very hot outside!
