We were more than happy with the property and our stay! Our children enjoyed the beach toys, ping pong table, fire pit, etc. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the bunk beds. It looked as if if the previous renter didn't sleep in the beds, but instead tracked sand into them and the bedding wasn't cleaned/changed. Truly, a minimal complaint as the rest of our stay was amazing. The front gate security was very welcoming and professional. The entire property is beautiful and well kept. We hope to stay again in the future.

We have stayed at a few places in Carillon Beach. All have been fantastic, but this beachfront property was a gem. You can’t beat the set-up and the access. Spring break on 30A was so congested, but not here. 3 king suites with connecting baths made this house easy to split with multiple families. The home is updated and the solo-stove, ping-pong & putt-putt were a bonus for the kids. We’ll stay here again.

This was a wonderful house. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the beach with the great views. The house even provided some beach towels which was very helpful. Having beach chairs included would be nice. There were no beach chairs designated with the house. We had to rent beach chairs from a rental company.

The house was spotless upon our arrival and beautiful inside and out. The outdoor living area with the mini putt, Solo Stove, ping pong table and television were a big hit with our teens/young adult kids. We loved our stay and especially loved the gated community with the privacy.

This was our fourth time to stay at Carillon, and this, by far, was our favorite house! It was beautifully decorated, clean, well-stocked and comfy beds! Our favorite part was all of the wonderful outdoor space and toys 😊and the fire pit area was fabulous! We will definitely rent this home again. The kitchen was wonderful..especially since we were there for Thanksgiving and did a lot of cooking. Overall, it was a wonderful 8 days spent there! Only 2 things need tweaking and that’s the 1/2 bath toilet downstairs..we had to open the tank many times to re-thread the hook so it could flush..just needs to be tightened. And the door going out to the back deck may need a little adjustment as it was a bit tricky to get to lock.

We had a quick stay for a wedding at this home. To describe this home as perfect is NO understatement The location.. perfect The setting.. perfect The amenities.. Perfect. watched the outdoor tv, putt putt, had a fire in the firepit.. The view.. beyond Perfect The house.. perfect layout for 3 couples.. never any crowding, all the rooms are huge The cleaning.. Perfect.. clean, well decorated, comfortable and well stocked. I can highly recommend this home without reservation. You will love it.. it is.... Perfect!!!

This home has been remodeled and is a beautiful place! Great location on the beach, and close to main pool. Any questions we had were handled very quickly, and with great interest in our stay. We rented beach chairs for daily use. The young guys were mixed up about the address of the home, and we had to locate them everyday to get the setup. This was nothing to do with the home or rental co; just beach guys. ( Maybe because of the name being changed..(?). It would have been great to have the chair service included in the rental price by the owners though. We have stayed in numerous homes there and it is usually included... The home had something for everyone and the decor was gorgeous! The game room area on basement level was a hit! Well thought out and great use of the space and views! You will love it!❤️
