Information was very helpful. Manager Katie was on speed dial when required. Very friendly and amenable staff , nothing was too much bother. A real comfortable homd from home. Very clean and spacious. I would find a reason to travel to Wolverhampton just to stay at Havana 👍🏾✔️💯

Although self catering I would expect soap or body wash on the shower…. A clothes horse for washing would be a great addition give it is a self cater apartment.
Floor did not seem clean, they were sticky or felt damp…

Noisy, could hear road noise - kept me awake
Whole of apartment smelt of damp/musty/cigarette smell - made it feel unclean
Sheets and pillowcases were very clean but smelt of bleach - kept me awake
Apartment needs new decor and an uplift
Could not get back in through front door so had to walk around to back
Rated superb on booking.com and this is not the case given the smell and look of the place and the price paid
Sadly I didn't like it and will not be back

Katie was an exceptional host. She did her very best to ensure our stay was good. She was accessible and quickly came to sort out the one problem we had. Our apartment was quirky and we loved it. Handy for visiting areas.
Only downside is the lack of a wardrobe, or clothes rail. Perhaps even hooks on the back of doors to hang clothing.

The instructions for collecting the keys were great, and Katie was great at communicating with me. My apartment was large, spacious, and despite the bedroom facing onto a busy main road, it was fairly quiet. If you have a car (which I did not), the appears to be ample parking. My host was very accommodating when I requested a last minute late checkout so that I could do an online work meeting.
Not a lot to complain about, other than the location, which is too far far out for an easy stroll into the City centre, so it was a case of taxi's there and back, but they were inexpensive and quick to arrive.

Modern, fresh, clean, well-equipped, comfortable. Very good communication with management who will do everything required to make your stay problem-free.
As Havana House is on a main road there is inevitably some traffic noise, which may be noticeable if you’re not used to it. Suggest you carry ear plugs just in case!
Rear car park access is via a narrow lane so just take care.

Very clean and well maintained. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, right down to coffee, milk, condiments etc.

it’s spacious very clean and had all the amenities you needed. everything was easy at check in! the communication with Katie the manager was simple and clear too.
only one criticism was the hot water is way too hot. it needs to be taken down a few degrees as it’s scolding hot! other than that we adapted but it maybe a problem for someone else staying in the future too.

The hot water pressure was low from the bath room tap and the shower. The parking is good but theu should let people know prior before they get to the venue otherwise they won't find it. It also needs to be clear that you can't watch digital TV and you need your own code for amazon prime and Netflix.

Had every appliance you could need excellent location and price. The host was extremely helpful and made us feel very comfortable I couldn't reccomend this place more :)

Wow stunning is all i can say. Beautiful apartment so warm and comfortable. Would deffo book again. WOW. Katie veey attentive and met me on arrival.

The property was very spacious especially the bathroom. The host was very welcoming even though we had not met her but greeted us with a phone call and leaving the heating and tv on ready for our arrival with the kettle boiled to have a hot drink. Also I would like to thank Katie again for helping me to retrieve my items that I had left when checking out.
