Well, I can start off with the good. The house was roomy, convenient location, and looked mostly like the pictures. I say mostly, because it looks like the cleaning fee is either being pocketed or the cleaning service is scamming the host. Either way, the entire house was sticky. Floors, counters, bathrooms, shelves, bed frames, all sticky. There was trash in every can, dirty dishes leftover, dirty sheets on the beds or on the floor, used rags covered in hair in the showers, used towels out, bloody tissues in the bathroom trash, mold in the coffee pot, expired food left over, just a truly horrible experience. We used 20 Swiffer mop pads, a container of Clorox wipes, and a roll and a half of paper towels to make this disgusting place livable. The air conditioning was broken the entire time, reaching 81 degrees inside and making that house even worse. I have kept photos of this, not that anyone will ever do anything about it. But, the place is large and cheap… so you get what you pay for.

Property was not at all as presented . Very dirty, neglected, shabby property that we could not stay in...we left and went to a hotel. We placed a complaint with VRBO , this property should never have been listed.

The curb appeal was bad, no landscaping; grass clippings on the sidewalk; a minor stumble hazard on the sidewalk; the floor of the house was sticky/tacky throughout; there were no Kleenex; there was a coffee machine and filters, but no coffee; we ran out of toilet paper; kitchen not real clean with greasy area above cooktop; dishes from previous renters were not put away; things in dishwasher were not clean; trash in kitchen was not emptied; the furnace air filter was almost unhealthy dirty; the outside AC coil was filthy; a piece of floorboard trim in bathroom was missing. We would not stay here again.

House was excellent. Great location, clean, etc.
Communication with owner was simple, short and sweet to get set up.

Pros: Good location, adequate space, beds were comfortable. Large wall mounted TV
Cons: No toilet paper, no kleenex, trash in garbage bins from previous guests, coffee pot had old/moldy grounds and did not work properly. Light bulb missing in night stand, no night stand by bed downstairs. Floors were
Sticky and needed to be scrubbed. An overall deep cleaning should be done. Minor repairs need to be done ie: trim in bathroom etc

Truly the worst place I have ever stayed . . . disappointed with VRBO. The code is the same as the address, which concerned us at first, but thought surely, it was changed (since I believe they do change it, but that is just my opinion based on my experience with VRBO) Every floor was sticky when you walked on it . . . . there were 50 plus cigarette butts outside the front door . . . there were dishes in the dishwasher, there was leftover soap, toothpaste, etc., in the bathroom. There was a small amount of garbage in some of the trash cans . . . I do have to say this . . . the neighbors stopped by and told us there had been a party the weekend before, with approximately 100 people - the police were called . . . needles were found throughout the home/outside - but this is just hearsay . . . it concerned us enough that we left that evening. When I contacted the owner, he quickly said he would refund my money . . . when I told him about the party, and the needles, he hung up on me.

The property it's self was as described. The backyard was not usable. The premises was clean, however, some of the furniture could use updating and deep cleaning. There were not enough towels or linens at the property. However, the biggest concern would be that the owner had not paid the gas bill so there was no way to cook, shower or do laundry.
The owner and VRBO were responsive and I was issued a refund, however, I then had to find a new place to stay and it cost me more money then I was anticipating. I would be weary about staying at this property.

This home seems to be newly listed as a VRBO. The pictures online do a great job of showcasing the inside of the home (lawn is dead). We had 7 family members stay together and had room for all (6 adults and 1 child). Seating for eating was not optimal for us as the kitchen table only sat 4 and the stools for the kitchen island are too high to be able to sit and eat. We decided to eat together in the living room. As far as cooking needs we felt the kitchen lacked in pots/pans. We had planned on cooking all meals in the home but when we arrived we decided only to do breakfast which was a frustration each morning. Upon arrival to the house the garage had 6 bags of trash in it, and the trash bins outside were full. The dishwasher was loaded and still dirty, and the towels were put away but were folded and put away still wet. I notified the host of the trash in the garage when we arrived on Tuesday. I didn't feel the need to notify of any of the other issues as they were easily fixable. I didn't hear back from the host until Saturday and the response was a simple okay. I responded within 15 minutes asking for check out instructions as none were left in the home and never received a response by the time we checked out on Sunday. I felt the communication from the host was lacking and have always had better response times from other VRBO hosts. Because I'm assuming this is a newly listed VRBO I'm hoping it will improve over time as they receive funds to make improvements.

I loved the house it was so much space such, a quiet neighborhood,nice bedrooms, and i really loved that the house had everything i didn’t bring.

Needs more kitchen utensils, deep cleaning, driveway poor nor exhaust fans in the bathrooms .

Plenty of space in either living area. House was just what we needed for our family gathering.
