Great apartment in Larnaca

The apartment is very spacious, clean and shining. Very well equipped. Easy parking. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location is a bit far from the center (for walking), but it is easy to go around with a car.

Best Place to stay

We were in Larnaca with friends and stayed at Sveltos Residence. Very beautiful and very clean apartments. You can feel the good taste of the designer and high quality in the details. The big advantage is that there is a 24-hour reception and at any time had any questions, they were always happy to help. Super place. Definitely would recommend it!

High class accommodation and would recommend to all ages

The high specifications of the facilities in the room which were obviously designed by someone with a good eye for design. The apartment had everything you needed! Even down to the smallest detail. I was able to make a Nespresso, invite friends, cook a meal, wash clothes but still feel like a 5 star hotel.. very good welcome from Marianna. The cleaning person was very friendly and check in and check out was smooth and accommodating.

There wasn’t nothing I didn’t like.. but I kept forgetting my fob when I popped out on foot. Nearby we were able to walk to banks and bakeries and I even did a good morning walk to Ayios Lazarus.

A Family Home in Larnaca

The property is extremely modern, clean and comfortable. From the moment you walk in the door you feel like it’s a home. The property management were always available and very courteous. I only regret that we could not stay there longer.
