Claimed That I Was smoking in the room took 150.00 I didn’t smoke in room. When I called they said cleaner said smelled like smoke asked to talk to manager they said call back in 3days never received a callback they stole my money beware I never smoked in room

It was a nice stay, we had no problems and would go back without hesitation.

When I booked the room with hotels.com, the description said it was handicapped accessible. It was not. Had to settle for a room with a buckled floor, and no grab bars. I was mislead by hotels.com.

It was nice. The Hotel doesn’t have any upscale amenities.
We were there for the Jazz Festival and was very pleased with the location and the kindness of the front desk.
The Staff were very kind.

Breakfast needs improvement. Variety was limited. Mostly all carbs to choose from. The bed pillows were too small. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. I wouldn’t stay long there because of the limited breakfast options but if you’re passing through and need a break from a road trip it’s ok.

My sister and I stayed here for 1 night and I was impressed with the place. The only problem we encountered was that the beds are high and my sister couldn't climb into it. I asked at the front desk and they provided a step stool to use, which worked well. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the hot waffle. Great service!

Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and quiet. It seems to have been updated fairly recently. The bed was comfortable. TV and fridge worked well. Ample parking. Bathroom was large and well-lit. Two small nits… the safe in the room wasn’t operational and it would have been convenient to have a hook or two on the wall or door in the bathroom to hang clothes while getting ready.

The shower was not very warm, laminate flooring in room is very bumpy, heat/a c unit really loud. Tv service was terrible. Outdated shows to much public programming.

The room was basic but had everything we needed. It was very clean and looked new. The guy in reception couldn't have been nicer. Locagtion was handy.
The breakfast, on the other hand, was pretty awful. All carbs (waffles, cereal, muffins, toast). The toaster didn't work and the waffles came out half cooked. Eat elsewhere.

I had booked a deluxe room for 4 nights, but they gave me a different room, and I had to move to the reserved deluxe room after 1 night, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the screen door on the balcony in the new room was torn, allowing many bugs to come in, so I had no choice but to keep the balcony door closed, which was very uncomfortable.

This property was nice but extremely over priced for what it was. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet for the most part.
My only less than satisfactory experience was the free breakfast. Not many healthy choices and the hard boiled eggs were frozen and inedible. Thankfully there were some nice, reasonably priced, local places nearby.

The concierge helped us with our tv, getting me a charging block for my phone. The phone did not work, there was no moisturizer in the bottle in the bathroom, the eggs were terrible, no microwave in the dining area

House keeping didn't clean our room and the front desk just didn't help either even when we informed them that there were bugs and ants in our bed and room he the refrigerator would not stay cold even after replacing it. Without a doubt it was the worst hotel we have ever used.

Four us, the requirement was close to the weeding place. We did not want to pay the exorbitant prices at the weeding hotels. AND a decent place to stay for our short stay. So this was the cheapest that was acceptable to us. It is very accessible, clean premise, plentiful parking, friendly staff. But the conditioners and moisturizer bottles were empty. So that's that. In all, excellent choice.
