It is a new home is a new neighborhood, so that part is nice. Beyond that, it did not have things in it that you would expect to have at a vrbo. There were 4 bath towels total for a 3 bed, 2 bath home. There was a leak in the water dispenser on the freezer door and when I opened it on the afternoon we arrived, water spilled all over the floor. My husband messaged the owner through the vrbo app the afternoon we arrived and he never got back to us for the entire time we were there. (5 nights). There weren’t hangers in the closets to hang any clothes, no cookie sheet, the pans looked old and all scratched up. The rug in the master bedroom curled upwards and we were afraid of tripping on it at night. Plates were all plastic and cheap. The backyard is cute and it would have been nice to sit outside, but there is not a single chair or place to sit on the patio in the backyard. With very little financial commitment and some thoughtfulness, the owner could make this a much nicer stay for someone. I’d recommend finding another rental in this neighborhood as it was a great location!

We rented both units for our family reunion at Shoshone Falls, and had 23 people stay. The units are very clean, nice layout, with air beds for all of the kids (summer party!!). We highly recommend!

We were able to visit CSI with our son, fly fish, see Shoshone Falls, and dine at the picturesque Elevation Restaurant all within our short 2 day stay. The host was informative and responsive and the home was perfect and comfortable. We did not cook or stay in the home much, but it it was quiet and a clean to come back to in the evenings. I would highly recommend this property.

The location is great and a nice neighborhood. Close to many conveniences. Very clean and new. It was stocked with the basics, but pretty sparse otherwise. If you think you need something specific for cooking, you might want to bring it.

So happy with this property. It was exactly how it was represented online. Very family friendly with a pack in play already there. I had my 1 year old grand baby that visited. We loved the special touch of the owners reaching out to us to make sure all our needs were met. Love it! Great for families
