We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! The pictures and description were very accurate. The amenities provided, such as free firewood, canoes, paddle boards, life vests, and various games, made our stay even more enjoyable. It was a nice touch to have beach towels available so we didn't have to bring our own. The two grills were a big bonus and we used them daily. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets available. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, baking dishes, dishes, and silverware, even when the dishwasher was in use. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this house. The check in process was very easy with a combination code that made it

This was our second time at this house. It does not disappoint. There is something for everyone here. We were 2 families with a total of 9 people ranging from 12 years and older. The location is great! Drew was incredibly helpful and responded quickly. Can't wait to return!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The location and amenities were greatly enjoyed, especially the hot tub and kayaks/paddle boards.
Beds/sleeping arrangements were all very comfortable and left nothing to be desired.
Really enjoyed the large yard and the ability for activities outside. It was a little chilly the weekend we chose to stay but this is a great spot for a spring or summer vacation. Beautiful area for all seasons but especially fun in warm weather.

This was the perfect week in the perfect house. If I could buy this house, I would. There was so much to do and the lot as well as the house were absolutely dreamy. We played cornhole, pickle ball, pool, darts, foosball, basketball, ping pong, etc all week. Kids and adults had the best time. Thank you!

The house is back away from the main road, though still visible from other lake houses, with plenty of privacy! The house was well equipped for anything we could have needed with plenty of activities, even on cold days!

The property was as advertised and the only negative was the weather which prevented us from enjoying all the outside had to offer. We would definitely consider renting this again when the weather warms.

This property sits on a very private lot. Great dock with deep enough water for the kids to jump and flip to their hearts content. The house and all that comes with it is perfect. We will be back.

We stayed at this property with a group of girls and had an amazing time, the house is so clean and new - literally better than its pictures! The direct access to the lake was everything and more, would come back in a heart beat. Southern Charms was so easy to work with!

The overall experience was more than we could have imagined. The house was everything we could have wanted. It was immaculate and every attention to detail was taken care of. The outdoor activities they had kept everyone busy and occupied and no one went without something to do. It was a great place for our family reunion.

Everything was exceptional, except the water pressure was extremely low to non-existent. This made showering impossible, flushing toilets a hassle as you had to wait for the tank to slower refill, and dish washing very slow.

We spent two weeks here with family and friends and it was just perfect. The home is spacious with a great layout. Kitchen was well-appointed with all the cookware, etc that we needed to prepare meals. The leaves were turning creating a picture-perfect view over the lake. We would definitely rent it again!

This was our second annual Family Reunion at this home and it was a total success. The home was clean, well-equipped with towels, life jackets, games, hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, corn hole, kayaks, etc. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone was able to relax and do whatever they wanted.. For a big group I highly recommend this property.

Luxury on Woodstream was a perfect vacation spot for our two families. We had 4 adults and 5 children, ages 9-17. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and lots of extras as well. The living areas were perfect for our large family to all be together or to spread out among the several living spaces. We enjoyed all of the amenities. Foosball, pool, darts, ping png, corn hole, basketball, kayaks, paddle boards, floating pad...all were great for both kids and adults. We rented the pontoon boat which was a great way to explore the gorgeous lake. There was nothing like coming back to the house to play in the lake and then jump in the hot tub though! The description and pictures of this property were spot on. Southern Charms was very helpful along the way and easily accessible when we had questions the week of our stay. Well done! We can't wait to return!

This property was everything you wanted and so much more. Tucked away and private, clean and beautiful, so many amenities and fun things to do and comfortable for everyone. It had anything you could think of and was set up for the perfect family vacation. A special shout out to the Southern Charms for being on top of every detail. We made so many wonderful family memories!!!! We will definitely be back!!!
