Home was tucked away in a pretty run-down area, but the home itself was well maintained and had everything you could need for a short stay

We had a nice stay. kids fished, grilled out, and plenty of space for two families. House was clean and had all we needed for cooking, etc.

The property was well-equipped with all necessary cooking and eating utensils, which is abnormal in comparison to other places where you may have to bring your own spices, oils, or grilling items. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. Carol and Tim communicated thoroughly with us before arriving and during our stay. They are excellent hosts who responded to all of our needs punctually. This property is perfect for adults and children, and the ability to use the washer and dryer was helpful to make our departure so much easier. Thank you so much for allowing us the blessing of this home during our vacation.

Beautiful house and great location deep in a cove. Very peaceful and serene w/ a wonderful breeze on the back patio. Love the patio furniture, it was clean and comfortable. There were 4 adults and 4 15 yr old girls and everyone had very comfortable sleeping accommodations. The girls enjoyed using the kayaks, which were a great addition. We brought our 22' tritoon and were able to use the boat slip, but it was a tight fit getting in and out of since the end of the cove is so narrow. We did hit rocks getting from the boat ramp to the house, but the boat ramp was extremely close by, so that was convenient. I would definitely rent this house again.

the house was perfect for our family, the kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were super comfy & the kayaks, ice & snacks were a bonus to our stay. Our youngest had a blast fishing off the docks, exploring the rocks and watching the deer. Close to Marble Falls and quiet neighborhood. Only comments were that we rented a boat for a day and due to shallow water in front of dock we could not bring the boat to the house. Park was nearby so we tied up there and just a few minutes' drive from rental. We enjoyed our stay & made great memories.

Place was lovely, just as pictured on listing. Quiet area with plenty of outdoor space to sit and visit. Chose this place for size number of bathrooms and outdoor access. This place has all the toiletries, extra paper towels, soaps, trash bags, spices, kitchen supplies, linens you will need. Bedrooms were nicely appointed and beds were very comfortable.
This was our college gals weekend we have been doing for 25 years and this place was perfect to sit and visit.
I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a good family or girlfriend weekend house.

My family and I were traveling to the area for our Mother's celebration of life in Marble Falls. The house made us feel welcome, at home, and was the perfect place for everyone to gather over the weekend. We had everything we could have needed and especially appreciated the kitchen being stocked with coffee, creamer, and little snacks! Our kids loved all the toys, hanging by the water and seeing the turtles, deer and crawdads. The only suggestion I would give the owners is a window covering for the arch in the master bedroom. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone visiting the area.
