Appartamento nuovo, Super accessoriato, scaldato in modo gradevole e accogliente. A disposizione tutto il necessario per la colazione anche senza glutine.

Location to the Alps passes. Warm and spacious. Clean, warm and tidy. Quality fittings. Lock up garage for motorcycles.

Apartment was excellent and had everything you needed. There was some drink in the fridge for your arrival and there were breakfast items such as cake too. There were even some glutton free bits. Owner was super nice and met us at the bus stop when we arrived. Great place to visit chiavenna and if you are going to walk in the area.

Not an issue with the property but the road into chiavenna had road works so you can not walk along it, would have taken about 10 to 15 minutes to get to centre. We had to walk in the opposite direction for about 10 minutes then cross the river. You do end up on a lovely path though with some grottos and a restaurant on it. It is lit at night too. The good points really out way this issue big time and once the road works are finished it will be back to normal.

The apartment is newly renovated and spotless clean, with great attention to detail and almost everything one may need for an enjoyable stay. I'd say the photos here didn't do justice to it. Nice lighting and nice heating. Simone the owner is super friendly and enthusiastic, ready to offer help. Knowing that I would be staying with my dog, he even prepared two dog bowls for water and food and a mat. My dog was also allowed on sofa as I as I covered it with the sheet that Simone brought particularly for her. I was also happily surprised by a full basket of breakfast options and snacks because I wasn't expecting any. I really enjoyed my stay, and I don't think I could have found a better place for the same price. Thanks again, Simone!

The room is right next to the street, so it can be a bit loud for someone to sleep. It's also a pity that it doesn't have a view, but of course it's expected and you can't actually ask for anything more with such a price.
