Easy check in/out process and really appreciated the prompt communication regarding our request for early check-in and late check-out as we have a young infant who needed naps during the day. The house is clean, spacious and new with good kitchen supplies. We did have to buy extra toilet papers, paper towels and soap, which could be difficult/inconvenient for guests flying from out of town. The community swimming pool was great. The location of the house is also good, close to nearby restaurant and beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hospitality.

Nestled in the heart of Perdido key, this newly constructed home stands as a beacon of modern comfort and elegance. From its sleek architecture to its thoughtfully designed interior, every detail of this property promises a luxurious and relaxing stay for a small or large family. The home's location strikes a perfect balance between proximity to Johnson Beach and essential amenities. Just a short drive away. We loved the home will be booking to stay again.

This house is really pretty, also spacious and functional! We hung out and prepared meals in the large kitchen area and had plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children who stayed there (2 other adult family members joined us in the evenings). The house is stocked with the basics. For planning purposes there is: a basic set of pots & pans, a colander, some storage containers for leftovers, mixing bowls, BBQ tools, a couple cookie sheets, tableware & glassware for 12, a basic set of cooking utensils, a knife set, measuring cups/spoons and silverware. Towels & bedding are provided, but no extra blankets (if you get cool). The coffee maker is a Kuerig - so bring your pods! The subdivision and its' amenities are really nice. The pool has a 9" deep ledge on each edge of the pool, which is great for smaller children to play in. We were about 5 minutes from the beaches on Perdido Key! We enjoyed our family time at this house!

Our family loved our stay in this single-family home in Perdido Key, Fla. The home is in a quiet neighborhood complete with a pool and pickleball court. It was furnished with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable stay. We fished in the bay from the neighborhood pier and rode our bikes throughout the neighborhood. The kids loved playing at the public beach that was only minutes down the road. We highly recommend this location!

This house was in a great location. New and modern. Minutes from Perdido Key State Park and less than an hour from both Pensacola Beach and Gulf Shores. If I had one negative, I would say that this might be more geared toward a renter who is driving to the property versus flying. Somethings that have been provided at some other properties that we’ve stayed at have provided beach towels and toys, games- things that if you’re flying you don’t pack. Overall would stay again. Beautiful property.
