We absolutely loved this house. The location was amazing and the views were incredible. The house was clean and we had so much room. Plenty of access to the local parks and restaurants. The pool at the house was a breath of fresh air after the Florida heat! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you Mr. Wayne!!

Wayne's home was so accomodating for our family. We have 6 kids and the space for all of us was great. Plenty of fun things to do at the house with an amazing outdoor living area by the the pool. We enjoyed the beauty of the early morning sunrise on the canal and kayaking was so peaceful. Very quiet neighboorhood and close to restaurants and shopping.

Wayne made our vacation feel like home with his wonderful space. It was nice to have the space between two families comfortably sleeping 4 adults and 3 children! We enjoyed the pool space most days and nights. We even took the kayaks and bikes for a spin to enjoy the warm nights. He answered any questions quickly! Thanks again, we definitely know where to stay if we come back!

Listing was very accurate and our 5 night stay was very enjoyable. House is in great condition, the pool was amazing, and the location was perfect for visiting family in Cape Coral while also being able to go to Ft Myers when needed. The views in the morning and evening were beautiful. The kids loved it too. Everyone had plenty of room and the big screen TVs were nice. Highly recommend! Wayne was very responsive to our questions.

We stayed for a baseball tournament. The house was exactly what we needed. We were able to bring our dog which is a huge plus. The yard was plenty big for him to run and play fetch. We fished and hung out by the pool in-between games. Staying at the house allowed us to cook and grill instead of eating out. Much more comfortable than a hotel. We will try to stay again if we come back to Ft Myers. When I did have a question Wayne responded immediately. Excellent host.
The only issue was the water pressure in the master shower. I'm not sure if a new showerhead would help. I have very thick, long hair so it was hard to rinse but I just moved to the second bathroom.

This house is amazing! Clean and definitely seems newly remodeled. Neighborhood was nice and area was quiet. Pool was fantastic, kids were in it all day. The views of the canal are gorgeous. Because the location of house from canal, this house is very private. It almost felt like we were on a lake rather than a canal. Wayne was very responsive when we had a few questions. And when we asked about the lower temp of pool, which was a super easy fix, he had someone there the very same day to check it. You definitely won’t be disappointed if you rent this house. Enjoy!

We loved everything about this property! It was beautiful and clean. Check-in/out was easy, and the host, Wayne, was so friendly and helpful! Use of the kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards was a huge bonus…we greatly enjoyed exploring the canals at sunset! We’ll definitely be booking this home again.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Close to everything, clean, spacious and just as advertised. We stayed for a week and loved this place. We will be back often.
We have stayed in dozens of places and this one tops the list. Great pool and outdoor area on one of Cape Coral’s canals. Great neighbourhood for walking, recreation (tennis courts and ball fields just down the street), shopping and restaurants. We couldn’t ask for anything better! Wayne was excellent to deal with- check in was a breeze and a booklet with “things to do” in the area was greatly appreciated.

This home was perfect for our family. The description was very accurate, the property was very clean, the pool was amazing but the hosts were what made this stay a step above any other. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed, and wanted to make sure that our stay was perfect. Their attentiveness to total strangers went above and beyond my expectations. We will gladly book this home again.
