The home is warm and lovely. It's perfectly located in the Watercolor neighborhood - Seaside and the beach are both an easy walk.

We loved Watercolor and Staying at Forest of Dreams! We had never been to that area before and found it to be an exceptional location. Close to pools, tennis, pickleball and walking paths. Very close (walking distance) to “downtown” Seaside. The house was clean and comfortable and the wristbands were very convenient to pick up. It was a great stay!

Alexa, the property manager, was extremely responsive and a great communicator. Having owned to homes in the past in Water Color, it was great visiting the area once again. The home was in very clean condition and is located just a few minutes from shopping, dining and all of the amenities of Water Color, Seaside and County Road 30A. The home has everything one needs for an enjoyable stay!

We have stayed in several places on 30A in recent years with our children, and this was far and away the best. Watercolor beach club and camp watercolor access is huge, as is the ability to rent a golf cart. We will be back.

Our house was perfect for a Thanksgiving holiday. I searched for a place with a big table and a fireplace and a good location to Seaside and Watercolor’s pool and beach. The pools are heated to 83, so we could enjoy swimming. Bikes were fun, and Christmas activities put us in the Christmas spirit. Alexis, the host, was amazing.

You ever not want to leave a good review because you are afraid others will then book your place? This is one of those. The location, the comfort of the house, the amenities…I can’t speak highly enough of them all and also the owner was amazing to work with. Any and everything was answered or told to us on the front end which made it so easy to check in, know where everything was when we got there, and an easy check out. We will be booking this home again.

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and in a great location. We were in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a great experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

This was a perfect rental property. Contact person (Alexa) was super efficient and quick to reply. Location is perfect, place was spotless. Only thing that could have made it better would be if they supplied trash bags/toilet paper and a little detergent. It seems silly to buy that when you don’t need that much for your stay so you basically leave extra. We will definitely return!

What an amazing week. The location of the house made it extremely easy and accessible to Seaside shops and food, and the beach. We never drove anywhere. Walked each day to the beach and had chairs and umbrellas rented ahead of time. We will definitely be coming back. Communication was seamless throughout the week.

Cannot beat the location! We could walk just about everywhere. Great communication with the property manager. The guests before us really did a number on the house. The cleaners/manager worked tirelessly to get the house back in shape for us. We really appreciated that. Best location ever!!!

Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. The house was clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed the bikes and the Watercolor Trolley was very helpful in getting kids and beach gear to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Communication with property manager was very easy. The house had plenty of room to accommodate everyone. House was generally clean and everything functioning. The location is outstanding. Walking distance to everything!

The house is a "well-loved" rental. Most things could use a little TLC (floors, furniture, deck, grill, etc.) We had a great time because we only spent time in the house eating dinner and sleeping. The wifi password that was provided was not correct, but we figured out the correct network and password by finding the router. We never did get the TV to work (even with the instructions) but we don't watch much TV, so that was ok.

Close bike ride to the Beach Club, Tennis Courts, Camp Watercolor & Seaside! Our boys enjoyed the independence of biking to the basketball courts at Camp Watercolor & playing pick up games with other kids in the neighborhood. Although not professionally decorated, the layout of this house was great! The beds were all so comfortable (bring your own pillow if you like a fuller one, though), everyone slept so good! The external ice maker is not in working order & the freezer ice maker makes a limited supply, so just be sure to grab a bag of ice at the grocery store (which is also very close & convenient). We had a few minor issues arise & Claire at Oversee was so very helpful & friendly. Wonderful large front porch & screened in back porch. A few light bulbs were out on the back porch & throughout the house, but nothing that caused any issues. We would definitely stay here again & would recommend to our friends & family!

The living areas and kitchen are perfect for gathering. The porches were used all of the time. Very relaxing and entertaining to sit and swing on the porch and visit with each other while being entertained by the people going by. We were very happy and would choose this spot again. The only complaint is that the living sofa and chairs had seen some good times and could probably use a goo cleaning or update. Other than that, all was great.

The house was great and the location is perfect. The house could use a bit of a love or perhaps it was just late in the season. They made 2 trips to fix the AC during our stay and the outside grill is useless but we got by.

Two families (4 adults and 4 kids) stayed at this home for spring break. The home is gorgeous with lots of room and very nice features. Pros: • great location—easily walkable to town square and Watercolor amenities • nice screened porch with bed swing • loved the wood floors, high end appliances, spaciousness with plenty of eating and lounging areas • comfortable beds with plenty of room for kids and families to spread out • prompt text communication with property management about any issues • a small supply of coffee/trash bags/washing machine tabs/TP provided Cons: • quite a few broken/non-functional things: front porch swing (notified of this prior to arrival but wasn’t able to be fixed while we were there), dishwasher handle loose, bar sink extremely loose, rain shower regulator in master shower loose, broken tv in bunk room, non-functional front bedroom blow dryer • attention to detail with cleaning needed—noticed gross dried pizza sauce on coffee table and chocolate (?) stain on bunk bed ladder when we arrived • abysmal WiFi despite trying the fixes the property management person suggested—our cellular was also spotty so could be related to all the vacationers in the area • zero pantry staples—having at least salt and pepper, olive oil, sugar would be nice • rain shower heads had aggressive water flow that wasn’t necessary and wasted the hot water faster Loved the home overall and would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with this property! It was so big and allowed us to spread out and relax - features the teenage daughter much appreciated. The location is absolutely fantastic - close to the front of Watercolor, making the walk to the beach club maybe ten minutes at the most, while being right along the trail that we enjoyed a lot. In spite of the cold (for Florida - nowhere near the cold everywhere else), we ran and walked and biked the trails and neighborhood daily and were able to enjoy a lovely evening on the deck at the beach club watching the sun set. The home had everything we could possibly need. Thank you for a wonderful break from the Louisiana cold!
