We were very warmly welcomed - and truly felt welcome throughout our stay. The pool and bar area are a pleasant place to go for a coffee or beer, and there's shade as well as sun. The plants and trees in this area are lovely. The apartments feel quite private, but it's really quick (5 minutes) to walk into the centre of the village with its excellent shops as well as restaurants and bars. Our room had a very spacious wardrobe with safebox. The cooking facilities were fine, though we could have done with a couple of larger cups/mugs. There is very good walking in the area, with a very useful local guidebook. We'd love to come back.

While there was a good big washing basin and space to dry our laundry, it would have been good to have access somewhere at the apartments or in town to a washing machine. Also because it was late in the year and the sun was low, we didn't have much sun on our balcony.

Ideal location, welcoming, comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautiful gardens plus a swimming pool. We love it.

We have no dislikes.

Oasis just steps away from the lively but peaceful typical Greek centre of Myrtos. It is located at the main road, but you don’t notice the traffic anymore as soon as you set foot in the lush garden. Friendly and helpful host. Large rooms with all amenities you need. Comfy beds. Huge pool and pool bar with shelter from the sun of large orange and banana trees and olive trees.

It was a little noisy in the mornings.

everything was spotless, we had a comfy bed, and because of covid 19 plenty of hand sanitizers dotted around the property, shame we only got to have only two nights there instead of the five we had booked. (thanks to jet2 cancelling our flight home, and us having to rebook)

Nothing to dislike at Kastro Apartments, we have been to Myrtos before and was surprised by how unkempt it looked this time around, mostly on the back streets.

Staff were excellent and very friendly. Special mention to Vicky & Manolis, and also the man who took over from Vicky in the afternoons (sorry we did not get the name) Very clean, excellent pool. Great location on the edge of the village with just a short walk in to the centre and the beach and numerous excellent tavernas. Will definitely go back again!
