Not having 2 full bathrooms Basement room was damp Dirty sheets Lack of cooking equipment

Ideal location, in a safe area. Property was lovely, however abut run down. It was clean enough and had the facilities. Towels provided. No amenities to was pots etc, so take your own. However had a really nice stay with friends and was very close to the center

There were a few things broken, the drain immediately outside the back door was unsafe. And the property could have done with a really deep clean but was clean enough for our stay!

Absolutely nothing!!

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Everything!! We are extremely disappointed in our stay with you. There is a lot of work that needs doing to this property!! Luckily no one got seriously hurt!! The picture in living room fell off hitting me on the back of the head. The ceiling light is hanging off this is extremely dangerous!! Not to mention they have rising damp in the basement one of our guests are asthmatic and one is allergic to penicillin which lives in mould.  One shower for the whole house  is ridiculous and the towels smelt fusty!! The chair in the kitchen collapsed whilst another guest sat on this, there’s bolts poking through the other side of chairs. The list is endless. We’ve had to cut our stay short!! we are seeking legal advice the stress and danger we were all put in I wouldn’t wish upon anyone else!! We’ve got a large amount of photo evidence to prove all the above and more. There’s absolutely nothing smart about any of the televisions either they’re all old and no Ariel’s? Don’t be scammed like we were please be careful people. AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

I liked the living area and the amount of space

The lower ground floor smelled of mould and was freezing! The walls downstairs was really wet(condensation ) Only one shower through the house. The shower room was full of spiders and mould walls. I couldn’t bring myself to shower it was that bad.

We liked that it was spacious, clean and well maintained!

Location for our needs. Amount of bedrooms was ideal for us. Lounge and kitchen well equipped.

Ground floor/basement bedroom had damp/moisture on the walls. Drain cover outside back door was cracked and a safety hazard.

garden overgrown and unsafe for our dog. not enough living room furniture. sleeps 7 but only a table for 4. towels small. only one shower for 7. rising damp on the basement bedroom.
