it was our 3rd time ther. It is a perfect location and house for us to stay. Hosts are attentive, but in the background, which is perfect. All the items in the cottage are brand new, purpose "built" for a short break.

The facilities were excellent and all of a very good quality. Arrival and departure could not have been more straightforward and the little collection of items left as a welcome basket was an unexpected bonus.

Never stayed in such a clean, well equipped self catering property. One evening the host offered to move car so that we could park right outside the cottage (on street parking) although we were already happy with the space that we'd found. All communications with the host were promptly answered and the door code etc instructions were accurate. A happy stay and a very good base for the surrounding area.

The property and facilities were beyond expectations and the house was so relaxing and homely and my two didn’t want to leave.
The parking on the busy road was a bit tricky to manage being solo with little ones but that would be difficult to improve. Having door stoppers would also help to protect the walls.

The cottage was just lovely...a fab location...very well equipped including some breakfast provisions and biscuits. It has a very delightful small patio terrace at the back that was full of flowers when we there there. I told our host that it is one of the properties that exceeds your expectations from simply looking at the photos. We would all thoroughly recommend a stay here.

The cottage was beautiful. Lovely shower. The bed was super comfy. Everything you needed was there. Lots of little things left for you.

Delightful cottage in the heart of Framingham. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts have thought of everything to make the stay great. Excellent shower, bedrooms and kitchen. Faultless accommodation.
