Great location, spotlessly clean, superbly decorated.

The apartment was very high standard. Beautiful furnishings. Everything you would need on a holiday was supplied, eg towels, bedding, etc. The kitchen was stocked with essentials & they even left a welcome basket with some goodies. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable chairs, couches & beds.

Cannot find fault with the apartment. It was fantastic & I have recommended it to family & friends

A complimentary food basket had been thoughtfully provided - most welcome because of the lack of food shops right in the town centre. The location was so convenient for buses to places like Bamburgh and Lindisfarne, and for restaurants. Ideal for us without a car. The flat was amazingly well equipped and fitted out, beds and seating so comfortable, beautifully decorated and very, very clean. It was quiet too. Highly recommended. Berwick is a town with an interesting history, good museums and plenty of independent shops and cafes, and some fine old houses. Well worth exploring. Strother’s Townhouse is an excellent base.

no parking at the property but there was parking nearby. we used the loading bay to load/unload and long stay parking was a short walk away.

There is absolutely nothing about this property not to like. The welcome box was a lovely touch. The hosts couldn't do enough to make the stay enjoyable. Would definitely use again and recommend it.
