This is a great house for a big group in the Beachwalk. It was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Location is great—quiet street very close to the park. Golf cart works well for trips to pool and beach! Would love to stay again!

Our family of 16 adults and children enjoyed this perfect family set up. Large kitchen with ample seating areas for everyone. Bedrooms were very clean and worked well for adults and children. Owner thought of everything. Hang out rooms on first floor and large family space on 3rd floor. Would definitely recommend this location. Owner was very easy to contact.

We had around 20 people, adults and kids, and this house was the perfect setup. Everything was clean and new, the house is a great size with lots of different hangout spaces. There were games and toys for the kids, walking distance to a great park, and the neighborhood is adorable. We loved it and can’t wait to visit again.

The In Good Company House was beautiful, spacious and beyond comfortable for our yearly girls getaway. The beds were very comfortable. The 5 baths were luxurious. The house was spotless and looked brand new. Even though it sleeps 22, and we were a group of 8, we utilized every floor. Loved the porches, the fire pit, the beverage cooler, the golf cart, the fun atmosphere. We will definitely be back for another gathering in the near future. Mollie and John were great hosts! Thank you for a very memorable getaway.

First of all the hosts, Mollie and John, were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We we’re looking for a place where our entire family could stay comfortably. This property more than fit that bill. It was truly incredible. It was clean and filled with every amenity that you can imagine including a built in ice maker. Every facet of the house was spacious and clearly designed to accommodate large families/groups so that each group had their own space. There is a large eating area, a large screened in porch, and spacious rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms throughout. Additionally, in addition to bedrooms, the third floor has a huge family room where all could gather if so desired. Outside the amenities were also many. Life jackets for the kids, stadium chairs for the beach, fire pit, golf cart and on and on. The golf cart was a godsend in that we had several young children, chairs, coolers, etc to bring to the beach. All in all we couldn’t have asked for more. We highly recommend “In Good Company.”

My three sisters, our husbands, and our 9 children ages 3-16 enjoyed 5 magical days at 209 Mary. It’s a gorgeous, impeccably well designed and decorated home. It couldn’t be more perfect for a large group; a dream home for hosting. There was plenty of space for all four families; lots of natural gathering places; ample seating for meals; toys and books for the littles; lots of board games, a great card table, an outdoor shower for rinsing sand off feet, plenty of beach towels. We like to cook, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped, and roomy enough for plenty of helpers. We usually go through a pile of disposable utensils etc when we gather, but there were enough plates, cups, mugs, and utensils that our group of 17 didn’t have to resort to disposable even once! The hosts were very responsive; able to help us immediately when we somehow locked ourselves out at checkin, and when we ran into a plumbing issue midstay, they had a plumber there the next day. If you are unfamiliar with the Beachwalk community, like we were, let me tell you that it is a really special place. It’s a gorgeous but approachable pedestrian friendly little resort community with parks everywhere. The Lake Michigan beach was absolutely lovely, and the kids all agreed that the Lilypad was the best thing ever. My favorite surprise was free yoga at the clubhouse with Tess; she’s a great instructor, and they have mats there if you didn’t bring yours, so no excuses :)
