We stayed for the month of February 2024. We had a wonderful time and the house is everything it's advertised to be. Everything you need is there and the backyard is fenced and private and a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. Agnes is very nice and is a wonderful host. We enjoyed meeting her very much. We highly recommend it.

The property seems to be new, creatively fitted, clean and well maintained. It is conducive to a restful getaway. Everything works and the host is easy to deal with. It is convientily located with shops are near by.

This is a very comfortable, extremely clean, and very well organized home with lots of amenities. We loved that it had a huge couch/smart TV for its central gathering place to watch movies and sports. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a terrific time. Agnes is the perfect host and we hope to return soon!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 15 year old daughter for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton. The entire stay was fantastic and blew away my expectations. The house was the cleanest, most well stocked of any that my family and I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Agnes was extremely responsive, and I cannot say enough positive things to give our stay justice. The appliances, the beds, bathrooms, TVs, it was all top notch. I highly recommend and in coming years if my daughter plays in the tournament again or we have reason to be in the area again we will most definitely be booking again.

We came to Sarasota for my daughters 21st birthday. The house was simply amazing. The cleanliness and ambience were 10/10. We loved coming back amd relaxing after spending our days on the beach. Beautifully maintained and decorated, equipped with everything you can think of for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds and amenities. Perfect location, less than 30 minutes in any direction to everything we needed - Sarasota restaurants, beaches, shopping. We can't say enough about the host, Agnes. So responsive and pleasant. We had an amazing long weekend at this property while down for a Masters swim meet. The house was pristine and super convenient to our venue. Walked in, the house was beautiful, clean, and smelled so fresh! They had everything we needed, towels and wash clothes, extra blankets, beach gear. The appliances were new and hi tech, even had a air fryer and foreman grill. Had everything we needed as far as pots and pans, dishes to cook breakfast and dinner. Even soap and some spices and things were there. We didn’t have to go out to buy much! The back yard and porch were lovely and there was a grill. There were a couple of bikes in the garage although we didn’t use them. The location was great - in the middle of SK and Nokomis. My bed was firm, but I didn’t realize until we were leaving that there was a mattress topper in one of the closets. Water heater was great, none of the 5 of us ran out of hot water showing! Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe! Agnes was nice and communicative. Super easy process to get in and settled. Will definitely stay again!

The house was better than we expected and the photos do not do it justice. It was a pleasure to stay at this VRBO that was decorated perfectly, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the back yard and screened in porch and loved that we could use the double garage. We took walks every day and the neighbors were friendly. The host has thought of EVERYTHING to make your vacation at her home easy and perfect. We will stay there again.

Agnes and her property were excellent. She literally thought of everything. So many little details that we didn’t even expect. When it says the kitchen is fully stocked that’s an understatement. There is literally everything you need in the kitchen from a coffee grinder to champagne glasses and everything in between. Even an air fryer and paper products. This made preparing meals and snacks so easy. The rest of the house is well stocked as well with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, bath and beach towels, as well as everything you could need for your day at the beach. There were TVs in every room. The house was well decorated with all sorts of specialty lighting and fixtures and the perfect decor. Finally the backyard was a beautiful oasis with beautiful plants and trees along with comfy patio furniture and a lanai and a grill. It was wonderful not to worry about a thing and not have to pack housewares. It was the best place we’ve stayed in the area and will definitely be back and stay here.

I’ve been in 7 different VRBO homes in the Sarasota area in the last 5 months while working on a project. This was by far the best one yet. The owner was wonderful, the home was very clean, in great condition and the Amenities were perfect. I wanted to stay longer but the property was already booked.
