Le logement est en rez de chaussé. Les volets de toutes les fenêtres sont fermés et condamnés de l'extérieur. Le logement est donc dépourvu de lumière. Ma seule aération possible est de laisser la porte ouverte. Également, les habitants de la résidences fument leur cigarettes (nuit également) sous la fenêtre de la chambre. Enfin les encombrants (décharge) de la résidence sont jetés juste à côté de l'appartement.

Rien le studio était empester de cafard et d’araignée

Le boîte à clef était arraché et il n’était pas là où le propriétaire m’a dit. J’ai galéré pendant trois heures à chercher et arrivé dans l’appartement je vois c’est rempli de cafard y a des cafards partout par terre. À mon réveil 10h56 la dame de ménage rentre dans le studio et me réclame de l’argent

Apartment was clean, well equipped, and comfortable.

The apartment is located in a somewhat run down complex. The windows were shuttered, making the apartment airless and dark.

Location is good and near bus stop/metro station. Room was quite decent for a short stay with shops/restaurants near by. It had all basic amenities you will need for a stay.

The instructions sent for check in was near. There was no door number shared for the flat and the key box was somewhere not close to the door. Please share clear instructions in english for tourists from non french speaking countries. There were few cockroaches in the flat. The contact shared did not speak english well so that's again a point to note. I find the price to be costly for this.
