This is a 32' camper with two slide outs. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Queen bed located in a separate bedroom with door and a pull-out sofa. The living area is comforted by an electric fireplace sitting below the TV, and stereo system that includes radio, CD and DVD player. The TV is a new smart tv that includes an Amazon Firestick (WiFi not included). Second tv for bedroom available by request. Also includes a pull-out couch that sleeps and a double reclining love seat. Kitchen area includes a table with two bench seats (storage underneath both bench seats), a sink with a new faucet, microwave, gas stove and oven with fan, refrigerator with freezer that runs on propane or electric. The all-important and very essential A/C keeps you nice and cool during our Florida summers or flip on the cozy heat for those occasional winter nights. Air conditioner / heat has a new digital thermostat and a brand new system put in June 2023. Generator is available for an extra $30 per day. Outdoor Power Retractable Awning is attached for your outdoor pleasure. There is a plug for outside electricity and a cable hook up for a tv (not included). There is a propane connection for a gas grill. The power hitch makes hook up a breeze. Includes hitch and stabilizing bars.
