Location, price, comfort, shower amazing, everything!!!

not staying long enough

Very good location, helpful front desk to solve/manage needs.

Heater was not working, staff told me to come in 10 mins to solve issue but nobody came or called me then. Thanks to front desk sent additional heater.

This Place is Fantastic for the Location and now the Plaza is Car Free is even better for walking, close to eating places in Puno. The Hotel was clean and very friendly, and the breakfast was more than sufficient before you head out to lake Titicaca for a tour!!

- The breakfast was good - The personnel was very friendly - Perfect location on the main square in Puno

- The room was quite dusty - Old furniture - The sockets in the room did not work well - No natural light in the room - Quite loud due to thin walls (on both nights we stayed somebody was using a drill in the evening after 8 pm) - The sheets did not look clean

Hotel in the main plaza, good value for money.

We had a room with a window looking over a .. wall (not a window), hairdryer not working, and I was unable to charge my iPhone cause the electrical outlet were old (had to ask reception an adapter). I stayed in the same hotel of supposed "lower" grade (hacienda puno centro historico) and was muuuuch better. Recommended just for 1 night maximum but certainly not a 4 star hotel

I appreciated the attention I received from all the hotel staff, especially the front desk.

Everything was to my liking.

The location is excellent right in the main square. It’s close to great restaurants and shops. The hotel was clean with room heating, a nice hot shower and great extras like a hair dryer.

The site says the rooms are soundproof. They are definitely not. We were on the second floor and heard every chair move in the restaurant and people in the lobby starting at early times for tours. Maybe if you are higher up it would be quieter, but the property was pretty loud.
