Lobby looks great for my project.

The breakfast was excellent. The only thing that could have been better was larger coffee cups, or more frequent fill ups. It is also sometimes difficult to get a place to sit since it is so busy. Love the coupons for daily food discount.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in room. And Tuesday, I did not receive any new washcloths, used hand towel. And statements regarding breakfast. Wish food discount did not include arrival day and you could use on departure day for breakfast. No place to get any forgotten necessities.

The hotel was decorated nicely. The area were it is located is okay. Situated not to far from subway station and there were a lot of shops and other places to eat. The restaurant inside hotel had very good food.

No parking garage connected to hotel but there were parking garage near by the hotel. Not enough towels and washcloths provided in the room and not replenishing body soap dispenser

The property was in the heart of Harlem, which was great, and the staff was so professional and nice. The food at the restaurant was soooo good.

We loved the architecture and the property location as well as the decor and views. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

Some of the employees were not friendly and welcoming. There were a lot of quarky things like not enough privacy in bathroom area, light switches we off, not signage around for functionality, not frig or microwave in the room. No signage about how the lobby area functions.

The location was clean and the check in was smooth even with a very late/early morning arrival. It is in a location convenient to public transportation. The concierge (as much as it was) was very helpful in helping us figure out navigating the city on public transportation. The rooms were nicely appointed, while small compared to other cities across the country - it was actually a fair size compared to other NYC hotels.

There should be a fridge and or microwave in the rooms or available. The pricing seems about 15-20% higher than it should be considering the location. Rather than the restaurant/bar voucher - invest in a continental breakfast for guests.

It was very confusing when it was time to eat. We weren't notified that the restaurant and the hotel were two separate entities. We tried to use the $25 voucher to eat when we came downstairs they said since we didn't make a reservation we weren't able to sit down at the restaurant and eat. Guest should be notified upon checking of the rules for eating and that The Renaissance is not connected to the restaurant.

The young lady that checked me in was amazing. Very professional and helpful.

WiFi didn't connect

Did not try the breakfast, but the location was fine.

There were 5 amenities listed and only 1 was given. The 5 amenities were the main reason I selected the hotel. However, when I brought the discrepancies to the attention of the staff, I was asked to return the 1 amenity (3 bar/food coupons) listed that was given. I found this totally unacceptable.

Horrible security staff. I came at mid-night not knowing how to open the main door since they lock it and when i tried to open it, they asked me to get out. I asked for water bottle and i was denied. Poor location with drugs everywhere.

Room was a little small. When sitting at desk, had to climb on bed to get around even with chair pushed up close. Only two drawers but four people. Could not put clothes away

I like that the property was by subways stops and the way it looked, the room was really nice and we had a good time.

Some staff was a little rude, has some issues with a woman at the front, we wanted water bottles and she gave us a hard time for it.

Hôtel très bien placé avec une bouche de métro proche pour partir visiter la ville. Le personnel est très gentil et de bon conseil. Les repas au restaurant sont très bons. Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles et très propres. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.
