The house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet. It had the feeling of being far away but you are still close to everything. The boat made the trip extraordinary. Would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was well stocked and listing accuracy is mostly correct. The house is a bit dated, and many light bulbs were out including the pool and bedrooms. The home was clean, in a great location, and the boat was the highlight of our trip. No garage door opener as most VRBO homes have, but does feature keyless entry. An extension cord would have been greatly helpful for the shop vac, but we made do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and made great memories. Firm mattresses throughout home, and they were comfy. We got to see many birds, rabbits, manatee, dolphins, and stingray. Saw many people catch fish from the park diagonal to us. Neighbors were friendly and service staff (yard, pool, boat. Etc) were very kind and professional. The hot tub was a nice addition, and we stayed in the pool a lot. There are exterior cameras pointed toward the pool, which I did not particularly like, but understand the need for security.

The pool and hot tub were awesome, having the water and dock out front was nice, we saw a shark, manatees, dolphins, sting rays, a crocodile and many birds, we had everything we needed for the house and pool, the area was nice also, any issues that came up quickly got resolved.

Loved our time in Cape Coral! The home was perfect for our family of eight! Lots of wildlife sightings from the dock… manatee, dolphin, turtle, stingray! Loved it!

The house worked great for all of us! The boat was such an awesome extra to have. We used it almost every day. The pool and hot tub is amazing! The kids used it daily. We loved the location, with park’s nearby that we biked to. Being on the canal was really nice to see wildlife. The paddle boards were also a nice feature. The kitchen was supplied mostly - we just couldn’t find a strainer for pasta. Donna was very informative and accommodated us by letting my husband in early. Thank you again!

What a beautiful place the pictures don't do it justice. We traveled with my parents, my sister and her daughter and my family of 3 (9 year old) and there was plenty of community space and everyone's own space. The pool was nice and refreshing for us all to play in all day and we could even watch the kids while preparing Thanksgiving dinner from inside. The boat was a great touch that we took out and few times. We saw Manatees and Dolphins from the dock and we're able to catch catfish and snappers also. The property managers were quick to respond with the couple questions we had and delivered a new tank for the grill same day when we told them the current one was almost empty.
I can't say enough about this wonderful place. We will be back forsure. The bonus was we could bring our dog with us who is also part of the family so we love when he can travel with us.

Our stay at the Jewel On The Water was outstanding! Donna was the perfect host. The house is in immaculate condition, and the pool was a huge hit for my granddaughter (She was in it by 9:30 AM every day). The open concept house made for plenty of room for everybody. Most everything that we needed was already at the house. We fished off the dock and caught Snook, Mangrove Snapper and Catfish. We also saw Manatee's and Stingrays from the dock. We rented a boat for the week and since it was such a short ride to the intercoastal waterway, we took several scenic boat rides and saw quite a few Dolphins. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be hoping to rent this house again for our next vacation! Thanks again Donna for all your help!
