This a beautiful property, well stocked and comfortable. Very close to several beaches (a mile or two) and to shopping/restaurants. The Luquillo kiosks are across the street.
Owner was readily available as I had to contact them related to one minor issue, very gracious and provided immediate guidance.

The hosts are absolutely amazing. We had to switch properties due to ongoing power outages caused by the tropical storm. They were very accommodating. The home has its own solar power and water. It's near the beach and La Parrilla one of Boriken's (aka Puerto Rico) renowned restaurants. The host for the original home and VRBO were awesome, too. However, Stephanie & Christian literally saved our first vacation in nearly 2 decades.

This place is inside a gated community with a garage to park your rental car, the home is beautiful. It's located near Luquillo Beach and the Yunque Rainforest. it also gives you access to the easter part of the island if you plan on visiting Isla Culebra or Vieques by taking the Ferry service from Roosevelt Roads, Ceiba. Best part, it was gated and felt safe enough to let the kids be kids, and play in front of house.
House was fully stock with thing that were needed like beach chairs and washer, dryer, games and more. Management and Owners were very attentive with our needs.
The only thing you need to do is stock the fridge with groceries.
We had an amazing stay and will consider to stay again.
Will definitely spread the word on where to stay when in Puerto Rico.

We really loved our stay. The house was very bright, comfortable, clean and it had everything that we needed. They left instructions for us to follow which eliminated the guesswork. Check in and check out process was a breeze. Stephanie, the host, was super responsive with all our requests and extended great service. The location was strategic and close to many touristic attractions as well.

Just left after a week in PR at this beautiful home..it’s in a very quiet gated community. The house is very comfortable and clean. It’s close to the beach and restaurants.. not too far from San Juan, Stephanie the host was ALWAYS available when needed..looking forward to returning soon

Our family of teenagers stayed for nearly a week in this Laquillo home. It served as a great home base providing everything that families require- a full, spacious kitchen, laundry facilities, and a backyard to relax. The gated housing area provided safety when walking in the mornings and the location was close to beaches, grocery store and many eateries. Stephanie was very responsive and easy to work with. This is a highly recommended location and home!

I stayed for 8 days with my fam of 5 in this very quiet gated community. The home is spacious and clean and had all we needed for a most pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed all the natural light throughout the home. We did not want to leave. The host was very attentive as well. The check-in process was a breeze. I hope to be back soon.

My family and I booked this home for our family vacation in Luquillo. It is beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen with necessary essentials, open and bright living space. There are a/c units in every room including the living room. Beach towels, beach chairs, and cooler was provided for your beach excursions. When we arrived there was a beautiful welcome basket in the foyer with goodies and a guide with lots of good information. Located in a gated community very close to Balneario Monserrate and the Kioskos de Luquillo. The check-in/check-out process went smooth and the owner was very easy to get a hold of. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

Stephanie’s home was perfect for our little family, we stayed here for 5 days and the home had everything to make our stay comfortable. The beach is about a 2 minute car ride, perfect for catching the sunset at last minute. Stephanie was very attentive during our stay and made sure to leave us a lovely welcome basket and and check on us throughout our visit. Highly recommend booking your stay with Stephanie.

First off, the gated community is a plus because we were able to have night walks with the kids to enjoy sounds of nature and feel safe. The community is family oriented and friendly. This property was a comfortable walk to the beach and night life along with good food.
Now the property! Can we get amen for ALL the beautiful natural sunlight throughout the whole house ! We were able to enjoy waking up naturally :)

This home is beautiful and clean.Quiet neighborhood. Also, kid friendly especially if you don’t want to worry about your kids breaking anything. The check in process is very easy. This was my first time staying in Linquillo, and I loved it. The home located right across from the beach and lots of restaurants on the beach. You can drive and highway 3 w/o getting off and access a lot of stores and restaurants. This was a real nice stay and I will stay here again. Just 30 minutes away from the airport.
