Loved AMI & loved this property. So much space for 6 people. Each couple had their "own space." Very private accommodations. Walking distance to beach & bay. We're already planning a return trip!

Excellent stay, plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, clean, modern, upkept. Could have used a touch more toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Would definetly stay there again

We had the best time. I loved morning walks in the beach and sunrises on the bay. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Definitely want to come back to this gem.

The house and location was wonderful. It had all the amenities needed. All of the rooms had large beds so it was comfortable for a family of 8 with 2 to a bed. It was also nice that all the living spaces were somewhat separate from one another so you could get some privacy. Having the second kitchen upstairs was also great to keep stuff separated. The beach entry point was also way closer than I expected. Just a 3 minute walk from the house. Highly recommended!

Wr loved this house! It looks small on the outside but it felt so open and roomy inside. House is beautifully decorated and well stocked for a cook and family fun. Disappointed to find out the advertised dock was no longer available but we still had a great vacation. The pool is small but does the job of cooling off and relaxing. My only recommendation is to install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom, it gets hot and stuffy. The chandelier light in the bedroom is very pretty but the fan would be great. The location was perfect. We hope to return to Beach Bay B with friends. Thank you!

The place was fantastic for what we were looking for. It looks like it was a duplex that they made into one rental. Which was great for our family. The house has everything you need... Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms all had toilet paper, soaps, towels. Outside a couple beach toys, beach chairs, and wagon. Pool was a great way to cool off. Neighborhood was great and full of other rentals. Everything was clean for being on an island full of sand. Beds are all new Memory Foam Hybrids.. Kind of medium which was great for us. Pillows were fantastic and blankets were soft. They provided laundry baskets which was nice and a washer and dryer. We had plenty of toilet paper for a 5 day stay provided so don't get it right away until you need it. However do buy another roll of paper towels, coffee (k-pods or regular), garbage bags, liquid hand soap if you don't like bar, food, drinks, ect. Their checkout list is ease to follow and quick. They didn't require you to wash the bedding because they have a service that does that. All you had to do was ball everything up on the beds and pile the towels together. Then take out the trash. So that was great. Also, two/three blocks to the beach which was great. Definitely would stay here again.

The house was great! Clean, spacious, many amenities too! The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms came with a small package of amenities too. The porch and pool were great too! Perfect for a family and in laws. Short walk to the most amazing beach!

This home was perfect for our family! Having the king-size beds and everyone having their own bathroom was amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals/grill. The pool/patio area was perfect to hangout in. Plenty of beach towels, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc. Superhost is a perfect description! This property is super close to beach and they have beach chairs and a wagon to use. You can’t go wrong staying here!

This property had everything we needed for the best family beach getaway two hours from home. The two kitchens were well outfitted with more than everything we needed, including a well appreciated waffle maker. The separation of the bedroom and living room spaces worked out perfectly for our family. The location was ideal for short walks to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. The back patio space and pool were pretty private and well used by the people and the dog. We’ll be back soon.

Awesome! The house was spacious, clean and well stocked in a great location! We have been to Anna Maria Island many times and it never disappoints!

The home was wonderfully renovated. We had plenty of space and comfort for the entire family. The location was as advertised, and we had a great Easter at the beach!
