The building was beautiful in a great location. The facilities were nice and everything was very clean. We really liked the fresh bread in the morning.

I must say that it was a difficult decision to leave the property and pay for another hotel during our stay in Lech. I booked a stay through booking.com and was expecting a comfortable and welcoming environment. However, upon check-in, we were 'loosely' informed of a curfew policy that was not communicated clearly. Although we were given the keys and allowed to come and go freely, we were not aware of the double lock policy after the curfew of 10pm. When we returned to the hotel after the curfew, we found the doors double locked, and we had to wake up the owner to let us in. The owner's unprofessional behaviour and negative attitude made us feel unwelcome, and this behaviour is unacceptable. Furthermore, the lack of communication regarding the curfew policy and the unusual curfew policy for a property booked through booking.com created confusion and inconvenience for us. As a result, we felt that we had to vacate the property and check in to another hotel that better suited our needs, which caused us additional expenses and inconvenience. I must also note that the tourist board representative who was with our party was not pleased to hear about our experience, and this situation has tainted our entire stay in Lech, giving us a negative impression of the town.

We were warmly welcomed at the property and we felt totally at home. We traveled with our 3-year old and 5-month old ones. There was a playground and the hosts were so warm and understanding. The town of Lech is a picturesque one and the property is within walking distance to the grocery store as well as the restaurants in the town. We stayed in an apartment for 2-4 people and having our own kitchen meant we had the option to prepare quick meals for the kids and ourselves. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, crockery for cooking, water boiler, coffee machine with coffee tabs, fridge and freezer. Daily cleaning and changing of towels keeps the place neat and tidy. We enjoyed ourselves and would come back for the ski season. Thank you for the hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at Omesberg 1! The hosts were super nice and arranged everything for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will definitely come again!
