everything and more you could want from a condo in Maui.. just thought one thing i should point out is there is no ice maker and was only 1 ice tray when we stayed there.. if your group is adults who enjoy the occasional cocktail you need to buy ice but other than that no compalints

We went with another couple. 2 seperate master bedrooms with master bathrooms was perfect Very roomy living area to host dinners and relax on the lenai and grass area to enjoy watching the priceless sunsets. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you for sharing your paradise!!

We were totally happy with our 5-day stay at Papakea A101. How could you not love hearing the crashing waves just 30 feet from the patio? Being on the first floor was great - to walk out and relax with a view of paradise. The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the bedrooms as we would have liked although it wasn't enough to lower our rating.

We absolutely loved this place!!! I wouldn’t have traded it for a hotel stay for anything. Walked out of the patio onto the softest grass & just a few steps more to the ocean. It is also very close to the pool & hot tub. We had so many people ask us to share the link because it is a 2 bedroom with so much space & privacy. We played pickle-ball & the courts were very nice. We were walking distance to an amazing pizza place! We picked it up a couple nights & ate dinner on the patio while watching the sunset & listening to the waves. The grounds were immaculate at all times. They lit the tiki torches every night. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough….I hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at Papakea. The condo was GREAT!, right on the water and easy for the kids to enjoy all that the resort offers. Cant wait to come back.

This was the PERFECT place for our families to relax and enjoy all that Maui had to offer. With 2 little kids, the ground level near the pool was ideal.

We loved our place in Papakea. This was by far one of the best condos on the property, large, tons of light, next to the beach and the pool and on the ground floor. We have two small kids (8 and 4) so the ground floor and location were ideal. Staying with us was my mom as well and there was plenty of room for my husband and I, our two boys and my mom. It’s was an absolutely gorgeous place with amazing sunset views. We loved how the sliding doors could basically open up an entire side of the condo allowing the ocean breeze in. We had great communication with the property managers and they were very quick to answer if we had any questions or concerns. Overall 5 stars, we’d definitely come back!

This condo was in a perfect location- within walking distance to the ocean and amazing food. We will be coming back!

Disappointed that the ice maker didn't work. Had to buy ice. From our standpoint, age in mid eighties, grab handle in shower would be appreciated for safety.

The location of this unit is amazing with beautiful views and a very convenient unit for family and kids. However, the place is outdated and the owners should definitely give it a face lift. We had multiple friends stay in other units at the Papakea which were a lot more updated and modern and offered a much nicer, cozier setting. This unit, although big. feels almost like 2 separate places vs feeling like a cozy large 2 bed.

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. It’s a vary convenient location that’s away from the busy crowds and has a great view.

Listening to the waves hitting the wall was so relaxing and too be able to hear those waves splashing against the wall at night in the bedroom, made you fall asleep. A few things we would recommend, would be another TV in the other bedroom, change/update the other 2 TV's and repair the screen doors and entry door. Other than that, it was the most amazing vacation. We did the sunset Whale watching excursion, saw 7 whales and got amazing videos, by far the best excursion we went on. We went to a Luau, also great. We also took the 3 hr rainforest/waterfall excursion. We spent a lot of time at the resort, because of the beauty and relaxation. We saw many rainbows. We went to Front street a couple of times. We ate at Java Jazz (loved it there) we also ate at Kimos on Front St. We ate outside at the Westin, but mostly we ate at the Condo, because I love to cook. Last meal before our flight we ate at the Marco's Grill and Deli, which was also great, near the airport. The people in Hawaii, were very friendly and courteous. We will return!

I hesitate to write a flattering review of a place we so desperately want to book again and again in the future, but this place just blew each one of us away. First, the owners thought of everything. We wanted for nothing around the condo, which was well maintained and completely equipped for our stay. The accommodations were superb, but oh my, did that ever pale in comparison to the view from the condo. Breathtaking, it was. With a view of Molokai directly across from you and easy access to the beach, you will fall in love with this place. Add to that the proximity of the pool (no more than 30 feet away), sunsets over the Pacific from your patio, and a beautifully cared for resort, and you will never want to stay anywhere else on Maui. We’ll be back. No doubt about it.

Great rental, not to far from great sandy beaches and all the restaurant. Also very close to excursions. Really enjoyed the condo
