First off the pictuers are deceiving the backyard was nothing like in the picters posted on the listing. We found a lighter and vape pen under the couch when we first got there. So our stay was not as pleasant as we would have liked. We wanted to come out to enjoy peace and quiet. However, the construction was something that we did sign up for. If we had known that there would be construction, then we would have not booked our stay But they told us about it the day before check in. Part of our amenities was the backyard with the jacuzzi and BBQ. We were not able to use it because the tools and equipment from construction were blocking the way. It really was not a nice surprise for my wife waking up to the noises of the construction / movement. It was even more not a nice surprise having someone making noise of the covering of the windows of doors. We couldn't open the windows or leave the blinds open. I believe friday there might have been some painting going on from the back construction that smell was coming in from the ac to inside that the whole place smelled like paint. We understand that in the description said street parking, but it was such a headache looking for parking in the streets. I would be driving around to look for parking at times or parked very far. That is why we decided to leave earlier from our checkout. We would have left sooner, but we had a commitment down here that prevented us from lleaving.

The trip was wonderful and enjoyed the place we stayed

Stayed three nights with our teenager and it was a bit cramped with the bathroom being in the bedroom and her on the couch, but that was somewhat expected. Place was clean and about a 15min walk to the beach and fun shopping/restaurants. It was nice to soak in the hot tub as well every night, although again, a bit small for the three of us. We made it work just fine though! Communication and check in was easy.

Hosts never responded to me and completely wasted my first day of vacation on the phone with VRBO. Should not be allowed to be hosts quite honestly!!! Never experienced anything like it before!

This was a great get away for my husband and our dogs! walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and the beach! We grilled out dinner and enjoyed the patio and everything we needed for an easy get away with just the two of us was there!

Location and amenities made our stay both convenient and comfortable. We hope to come back our next visit to Pacific Beach! Loved walking the neighborhood and local parks!

It's in a great location and it's a quiet neighborhood. There are extra supplies toilet paper, paper towels where the washer and dryer is located if you need extra supplies. Also, there were beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and surfboards available for use. Our host was easy to communicate with if you needed to. I would highly recommend this property.

Carson, the host, was great, and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Location is excellent as it is only 1 mile from the beach, but if the marine layer comes in on the ocean, it is usually still sunny at the cottage. Has a nice hot tub that we enjoyed, and it was easy to check in and check out….Would stay again!!!
