The weather was beautiful the condo itself needed a good cleaning living room furniture should have been replaced stains poor cushions Bathroom vent didn’t work because the vents were clogged with dust After we arrived we found out it has been sold and will close end of September hence for the condition of condo which should not have been a reason for not properly cleaning it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were traveling with two littles. It was the perfect set up. And the location was great. It was clean and well kept. There was a slight odor that the owners were not aware of, but promptly attended to. Overall, a great experience and excellent owners!

This condo was a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and orderly. It is centrally located between all coastal locations that one might visit during your stay. The owners checked in with us to make sure everything was up to standards. We would stay again when in the area.

My family and I had a great stay. The property was clean and well appointed. My kids loved the pool and we took advantage of mini golf, food trucks, and Congdon’s donuts just steps away.

We have rented several of the Barefoot properties over the years. Like others this one was beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. We had everything we needed. However, in my opinion the kitchen table and chairs need updating - chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on as well as the living room furniture a bit worn for ware but still look nice. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Thank You so much! Karie and Family

Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable. We loved being able to walk to Congdons, restaurants and a short mile to the beach. We will stay here again. Best for parties of 4-5 or less. HOA rules limit parking and guests.

Cozy and in a quiet development, this condo has everything you need for a fabulous and comfortable vacation. Well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple deck areas. Pool was very clean and had fun music playing over the speakers. Walking distance to any and everything you need (grocery store, shopping, movie theater, multiple restaurants, beaches). Comfortable beds (including the pull out) and linens. Ample garage space. Many appreciated extras, like beach chairs, towels, grill, and patio furniture. When we had a small problem with the tv, Mike fixed it very quickly. We had a fabulous and very comfortable week. Looking forward to staying here again!

This was our third time renting this unit. We love the location and amenities of this condo. The property is always clean and well equipped. We cant' recommend Mike and Pam highly enough!

We spent a week in this condo with our 3 kids and it had all we needed. It was very clean upon arrival and owners left us a welcome note and a nice bottle of wine. The beach decor was really charming and we felt right at home. The kids really enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables in the club house. The pool was also appreciated after a day at the beach. Condo is well located close to many beaches. Get to the beach early if you want a parking spot though! Overall, had a wonderful week in Wells!

Our family had a great time in Mike and Pam's place. This is our 2nd year staying there and enjoyed it just as much our second time. It is always so clean and pleasant. We love the community as it is quite and safe to walk around. The condo is in the best location close to all the Wells hot spots (trolled stop, arcade/beach, Congdons, etc.). We just can't say enough! We absolutely love that they provide towels, linens, washer/dryer and all of the kitchen supplies you would need. We love our little Wells getaway here!

Our family has been renting a condo in this complex for the last five years and this one is now one of our favorites. The location is convenient for getting everywhere you'd want to go in the ares (either by car or by trolley). The condo is setback in a quiet location that was perfect for getting young kids to settle down at the end of the day. This unit comes well stocked with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. We found everything to be of much higher quality than is typical of rentals. Communication from Mike and Pam was always prompt and thorough, we'll be very happy to rent from them again!

We had an excellent vacation. The Condo met all of our needs. We arrived to a clean and well maintained condo in a nice area off of the main road. Our family consists of my wife and two teenage boys. There was plenty of room for all of us (sharing a bathroom, however, with two teenagers is not ideal). The owners left 4 bikes for us to use and that was a very nice amenity. I would highly recommend renting this condo for your vacation to southern Maine. As far as the location, you really can't beat it. Wells has a very nice beach and good restaurants (walk over and try Congdon Donuts for breakfast and the food trucks in their parking lot in the evening). Wells is close to Ogunquit which has an amazing beach, the Marginal Way and a nice downtown. It is also close to Kennebunkport, a quaint little town which we really enjoyed. We spent a day in Boston which is only 1.5 hours away, and a day in Boothbay Harbor for a clam bake on a private island. There is no shortage for things to do and Wells is in a great location to enjoy it all. We have nothing negative to say. We really appreciated the hospitality and the cleanliness of the condo. Thanks for a great week.

Lovely home near the beaches of Southern Maine! Quiet and comfortable!

Owner came and introduced himself, all supplies in house. Conviently located near grocery store, gas station and beach short drive down the street. Child friendly. Pool nice. No hot tub as advertised but not a problem for us.

We rented from Mike and Pam for Labor Day weekend. It worked out great for us as a family of three. The grocery store is right across the street and it's just a short drive to the beach. The Wells location was in the middle of different activities we had planned in York and Old Orchard Beach. Overall it was just what we needed and we were happy with our trip. Mike and Pam respond quickly to any emails and we felt well taken care of.

Everything was perfect, the location, the beautiful beach decor, everything provided (linens/towels), brand new appliances, sunny and just the right size for a family of 4. We will rent again for sure!
