Location, staff behavior, cleanliness, comfortable beds and space in apartment was quite good. we find restaurants and grocery store nearby. Value for money and it meets our expectations.

They have asked me to send them money (for 1 night rent) via bank transfer right after booking on booking.com to avoid booking cancellation. This was a bit awkward as it never happened before. But it is fine as they want to get confirmation due to high demand in peak season.

The Reception He has not agreed to cash on the Arrival done by Booking.com reservation. They have not allotted rooms for us they said they need payment in advance to reserve or book the rooms.

اخذوا عربون بحجة جدية الحجز وبعدها اتضح انها مصيده وجدت مكيفات غرف النوم اما خربانه او تشتغل باصوات مزعجة بشكل لا يوصف ولا يمكن لاحد النوم بسببها وعندما طلبت تغيير الشقة او اصلاح المكيف او ارجاع مبلغ الاقامه تم الرفض وبكل برود من الاستقبال قالوا هذا اللي عندنا وان ما عجبك اترك الشقه واتراسل مع البوكنج اضطررت للمبيت تلك الليله في الشقة الخايسه وبمبلغ 850 ريال تقريبا وانا مغبون، وصادف وجود نزيل اخر في الاستقبال يشتكي من سوء التكييف وتلفظ المالك له بالفاظ سيئة عند طلب الغاء باقي فترة الايجار فكرت بشكل جدي الاتصال على الشرطة ولكن مشيتها وبلعت الغضب لاول مره دعوت من قلبي على صاحب العقار باسوء الدعوات بعد ما عرفت انه تم التنبه له بمشاكل المكيفات في الغرف ولا غير ولا صلح لا بارك الله فيه ولا في عقاره الخايس

Hello there, my experience with this place was very disappointing. I travelled with my family with prior booking and conformed my visit via Messages/WhatsApp and Call. After reaching the site the management declined and mentioned your booking is no more available. It's being sold out (Despite of conformation) & therefore, they declined to offer our preferred Booking and hence we need to leave and look for another place to stay. They also mentioned, they don't accept from Booking.com unless they receive money. but surprisingly I didn't get any option to pay. And I'm glad that I didn't stay here. as this location is not good for families. If anyone of you planning to stay at this place, please have an alternative also to be in safe side.

Location , its on the main road. That's the only downside.

Rooms are very big, bed and clean and sofer are comfortable Located opposite prince meshary pack. Lovely mountainous serene. Very good place to stay with family.

I liked the location as it is on the main highway towards Al baha

I was asked to pay one day rent via bank transfer which was bit weird (for me at least). I paid the second day at checkin. there was no water the second day and I had to leave which was hectic with family
