The house was just as pictured in the photos. It was great for a few nights stay.

Great home for a quick getaway. Comfortable and clean, newly updated, it felt as though we were ‘home.’ Quaint little town near Fantasy of Flight, and Publix Field, home of the Tigers, although we went to see the Yankees! We will return! Thanks again!

It's a single family home. Well kept. Has a comfortable welcoming feel to it. Many updates. This was a one night stay for 3 adults and two older minors. Close to a college we were visiting.

This place worked out well for us coming into town for a wedding. The ring cameras inside are a little disconcerting and the yard is not fully fenced, but otherwise it was a great place.

Quiet little house. Nice beds, not too far from disney, and plenty of seating in the living room with that big sectional.

Nothing fancy but clean and neat. Good place to rest our heads in Polk City which is what we were looking for. Host was responsive to requests and questions.

They gentleman that stayed at the house for their work trip had no complaints and enjoyed the house very much.

Stayed here for a weekend tournament at Lake Myrtle Sports Park in Auburndale. The home and neighborhood was great and could not have been more convenient.

Mr. Fairchild was available for any questions or concerns any time of the day. We enjoyed the comfort of a home while searching for our own place to live. We moved from Iowa and needed something temporary long-term (stayed for 30+ days) and he was very accommodating to us with having two cats, was really hard to find something, we thank you for that! Disney was only 45mins or less (depending on traffic, which can get pretty congested but is to be expected), and Universal is only about 30mins if you leave early in the morning before traffic starts. Conveniently located, still in a quiet town but only 7mins to a Publix and 15mins to a Walmart or any other major store. Having a back patio to relax on and grill after a long day was quite relaxing, and the full stocked kitchen is a really nice amenity when all of your belongings are packed up. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. Mr. Faircloth was very responsive. Definitely reminded me of going to grandma's house. Nice neighborhood.

This place was spectacular. The front yard is beautiful, though the driveway could use some work *don't bring a lowered car* but the inside felt homey. It was like I was staying at my grandparents house for the weekend. My son loved his giant bed for the weekend haha.

My family and I have been traveling for several years. They almost always take apartments or houses. The house was clean, tidy and very inviting. Until we got to the apartment - we had some technical problems (our fault) and Michael arranged everything for us - and it was exciting and charming. You can say that he saved our family trip. We highly recommend the location and the apartment. It is also very close to really beautiful places in the area - we were in Legoland.
