The property was amazing. Very clean and private location. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend Carolina Kai and look forward to our next stay.

The house is just as listed. It was perfect for the 7 of us. Pool and beach cant be beat! It is a good drive from 7 mile area but that was what we wanted and it was nice and quiet. We hope to come back soon! Owners were great to work with also.

This is one of the rare properties where what you get in-person is even better than the listing (and this listing looks amazing)! We could not believe how beautiful and well-appointed Lee and Karen's place was. They had everything we needed, wanted and even things we wouldn't have thought we wanted! This place made for a luxurious vacation for my best friend and I to celebrate our 40th birthdays with our husbands. I hope we get to go back some day.

This was an amazing vacation. The home is beautiful. We really enjoyed the sunrise with coffee in the morning. A short walk to starfish point. Rum point not far down the road. Lazy afternoons in the pool! Evenings under the stars in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this home!!

10 yr anniversary trip. Carolina Kai was everything we hoped for and more. Beautiful home in a quiet and lovely part of the island. Convenient to a neighborhood grocery store that will have a great deal of your everyday items. Cool little restaurants within a short walk or drive. You’ll definitely need a car as the Georgetown area is about an hour away. The speed limits on the island contribute greatly to commute times but the drive anywhere is so beautiful that it doesn’t matter. The home has EVERYTHING you’ll need and more. If you forget something, the hosts have likely already thought to supply you with it. We ended up buying things that were in the home because we were expecting them to be complimentary. We can’t wait to come back to GC and we’re hoping this home will be available.

This BEAUTIFUL home did not disappoint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rum Point. It is exactly what we were hoping for and more. All of the home and property amenities were outstanding! Going during 'off-peak' season, we were able to enjoy a lot of activities without all the crowds which was wonderful. Kaibo Yacht Club was great and all the staff was extremely friendly welcoming us like we were family. We booked a private 1/2 day charter to venture our to Stingray City and wow - this was absolutely a highlight. We got lucky and n o Cruise Ships were in port that day we went so we were one of a handful of boats there that day. Absolutely recommend doing this - we spent 2 hours there with our boys (18, 16 and 12) - an experience we will never forget! Starfish point was also lovely and we saw the most gorgeous summer sunsets from there. We also took an afternoon adventure to Crystal Caves which was pretty cool. Our guide was funny and interacted with the group which made the tour more fun. We took everyones recommendation and rented a car which is an absolute must. We decided take the drive to 7 mile beach which actually didn't take as long as we thought it would (about a 45 min drive). We had the best lunch at Casa 43 (highly recommend) and explored Camana Bay. We dropped our oldest off at Governors Beach to hang out and took our youngest to Cayman Turtle Center - he loves turtles. Again, nothing was crowded so the beach & the Turtle Center was a huge win. We will be back!

Well equipped, all of the extras, very clean, beds super comfortable, all brand new, owner is extremely responsive and helpful, home is a bike ride away from Star Fish beach and Rum Point. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get around. We saw the bioluminescence from the private dock one evening! The home in person exceeds the pictures in the listing. Wonderful week! Highly recommend!
