Overall was a clean, charming place. Hosts were helpful when I had user error problems getting in. Good safe location. Only downside would be if you like softer beds as both beds and couch were very very firm. Would definitely stay again.

We highly recommend Monica and Chris as genuine, friendly and gracious hosts — and we never even stayed in the condo! Hurricane Beryl knocked out the power for millions in the greater Houston area and that included “Walden on Lake Conroe” during our intended stay. Monica offered us a room at their personal home or flashlights and a rent-free stay in the condo! We ended up finding a room with extended family and the wedding went on as scheduled. We remain grateful for the kindness and concern shown by Monica and Chris. Thank you! We plan to be back and look forward to staying in the condo next time! Joanie and Mike

The condo is very nice and comfortable. The place was very clean and well maintained. We had a great, cozy weekend. The instructions provided by the host were clear. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and will book again with them in future!

The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed to make our short stay very enjoyable. The area outside of the backdoor is beautiful and calming. We also enjoyed the pool and fishing in the lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our time here. Loved the little creek water feature. Beds were very comfortable, very close to shopping and restaurants, just a 2 minute walk to the lake. There are mosquitoes but they have plenty of mosquito armor. Monica and Chris were very gracious hosts—would love to stay here again!

We attended a friend's wedding nearby at the Luminaire. This was the perfect location, as it was less than 15 mins from the venue. Nice and quiet area, with adequate grocery stores etc just a short drive from the condo. The patio has a nice view of nature that is serene. The bedrooms both had comfy beds, the kitchen was well appointed, bathrooms well stocked, everything we needed was there. The owners were prompt to respond as needed. We would stay here again!

We were in the area for Texas Renaissance Festival and this spot worked perfectly for our stay. The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well-stocked. The host provided clear and simple instructions for checking in and out. We will most definitely be back!

This property was everything the listing it said it would be and more. It’s a very cozy 2 bedroom, but still allows for private spaces to get away from the rest of the group as needed. The fact that there are some small amenities provided sets this unit apart from other properties, and we really appreciated the small touches - like cotton swabs in the bathroom, and a couple bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival, among other things.
The hosts were also available if anything was needed through our stay. Thank you!

Great getaway location: nice clean condo, lots of restaurants close by. We were in the area to attend the Texas Renaissance Festival. The drive to the festival wasn't bad-around 30 minutes. Wifi was good; snacks, water and ice provided by the hosts was very thoughtful. The view of the wooded area off the patio was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the unit where we stayed and I must say the highlight was the communion with nature.
Enjoyed both mornings being with a variety of birds that make the little woods behind the unit their home.

What an amazing little condo! Upon arrival the condo was homely, inviting and relaxing. It had all the small comforts of home and more. The host really thought of everything , from sufficient linens to first aid kits. We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Nestled in beautiful trees with a stunning pool and great access and views of the lake this place truly was a real gem! We will most definitely book here again and recommend all our friends!

What a great place to stay as a family on the lake and close to the lake resort. The condo is newly remodeled and very well kept. Quiet complex lends itself to a very relaxing environment that I would happily recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Walden area.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was extremely clean, well stocked and so comfortable. Monica was helpful with the check in process, and provided us with suggestions on where to eat the evening we arrived. The property was pristine, quiet and everyone was so friendly. We really enjoyed our coffee on the balcony each morning! The boat lot/ramp were in a great location as well, we loved that it was gated. We will be back this summer, and plan to stay here then and for all of our future visits!
